Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină şi anume la chirurgia vasculară.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că după asanarea ulcerului trofic de microflora patogenică şi ţesuturile necrotice, inhibarea inflamării sistemice şi topice, se efectuează stimularea epitelizării, creşterii şi maturării ţesutului conjunctiv al ulcerului trofic prin aplicarea pe suprafaţa lui a adaosului biologic activ chitozan în primele 3...4 zile zilnic, în următoarele zile peste 1...2 zile, totodată crusta formată se prelucrează zilnic cu o soluţie de antiseptic.
