Abstract
The invention relates to the dry preparation for milling of the grain food and fodder product in agriculture and other branches.The purpose is increasing of product quality preparation and productivity of the installation at the preservation of its compactness.Inside the frame 1 of the installation, one above the other are placed two parallel vibrational pneumatic tables 5 and 6, loading device in form of pipeline 9 and ventilator for creation of the air flow piercing both 5 and 6. Under pipeline 9 are placed parallel one under the other inclined vibrational screens 2 and 3 with bottom 4.The space between lower edges of screens 2 and 3 and loading part of the upper pneumatic tables connected one to the other by means of the cross-over channel 19. The screens 2, 3 and pneumatic tables 5, 6 are made in the form of one vibrational group and placed one under the other with possibility of the forming V-shaped cavity 7 between bottom 4 and upper pneumatic table.Suction part of the ventilator is connected with enlarged one of the cavity 7 but the channel 19 with narrowed one. The cavity 7 is divided with wall 23 into the upper 24 and lower 25 drawing chambers. In each chamber 24 and 25 are placed regulated air throttles 26 and 27. The oscillation of vibrational group are realised by drive 8 and lead to the screen's plane 2, 3 and pneumatic tables 5, 6. In addition drive 8 is placed on the horizontal passed through centre of gravity of the vibrational screen's plane on either of side with the possibility of the rushed oscillations with the component down for screen 2, 3 and with component up for pneumatic table. The lower part of the upper pneumatic table is connected with loading obbshoot of the vertical pneumatic separator in form aspirational channel with ring duster.In the zone directly above the surface of pneumatic table 5 is taken place the stratification of the product flow and concentration of heavy particles. The lower layer reached with heavy particles is led from pneumatic tables 5 on the middle zone of the pneumatic table 6.Under the influence of rushed oscillation the heavyest particles is led to the left upper end of the pneumatic table 6, then - to the output 36 for stones.
