Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable aligning parts in a hopper in a concave groove formed inside the hopper with no vibrations by shaking the hopper in the position between the downward inclination and upward inclination.
CONSTITUTION: The hopper 1 is supported pivotally on the side of one end 1a thereof by the upper end 2a of a shoot 2 through the intermediary of a horizontal support point shaft 7 in such a manner that it can be shaken in the vertical direction and is shaken by an air cylinder 6 between the 1st position A of the downward inclination wherein a sending-out port 16 is directed aslant downward and the 2nd position B of the upward inclination wherein the port 16 is directed aslant upward. By shaking the hopper 1 vertically between the 1st position A and the 2nd position B, the chip parts contained in the hopper 1 run naturally and alternately between one end 1a and the other end 1b within the hopper 1 and are aligned sequentially within the concave groove formed in the hopper 1.
