Abstract
Invenţia se referă la senzori de gaze în baza peliculelor din metalo-oxizi (SnO2, In2O3, etc.) care se pot utiliza pentru controlul mediului ambiant, în sistemele antiincendiare etc.Senzorul de gaze include un substrat izolator, un strat activ, un strat rezistiv cu contacte ohmice. Stratul rezistiv are două sau mai multe regiuni cu rezistenţe diferite, iar pe stratul activ se confecţionează două sau mai multe perechi de contacte ohmice.
