Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere din diacetat de sclareol a compusului 8α-acetoxi-14,15-bisnorlabdan-13-onă intermediar în sinteza compuşilor cu miros puternic de ambră, utilizaţi în industria parfumerică.Procedeul constă în oxidarea prin ozonizarea diacetatului de sclareol în soluţie de amestec de metanol şi clorură de metilen la temperatura de - 80 …+24 °C, tratarea produsului ozonizării cu un amestec de cantităţi echivalente de heptahidrat de sulfat feros şi monohidrat de diacetat de cupru la temperatura camerei, cu izolarea şi purificarea ulterioară a produsului final.
