Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения 8α-ацетокси-14,15-биснорлабдан-13-она из диацетата склареола, интермедиата в синтезе соединений с сильным запахом амбры, использующихся в парфюмерной промышленности.Способ заключается в oкислении путем озонирования диацетата склареола в растворе смеси метанола и метиленхлорида при температуре -80…+24°С, обработке продукта озонирования смесью эквивалентных количеств гептагидрата сульфата железа и моногидрата диацетата меди при комнатной температуре, с последующим выделением и очисткой конечного продукта.
