Abstract

The invention relates to the construction engineering, namely to a process for preparing activated building mixes on base of mineral binder and to a device for realization thereof.The process consists in the continuous, inclined feed of mineral binder into the mixing zone and introduction of preliminarily mixed aggregates and fiber into the zone for outlet of the finished activated aqueous binder mix. At the same time, the mix of aggregates and fiber is displaced downward along the inner surface of the vertical cylindrical chamber, inside which there is coaxially placed another cylindrical chamber, inside which it is displaced downward the activated aqueous mix of mineral binder. The aggregate and fiber may be separately fed into the mixing zone.The device for realization of the process includes a vertical cylindrical body (1) with upper loading (16) and lower unloading (12) branch pipes with a vertical drive shaft (6), to which there are fixed a distributing plate (7) and cruciform horizontal arms (8) with vertical pins (9) fixed in a helical line. On the inner surface of the vertical wall and on the body bottom there are aslant installed toward each other nozzles (10) for feeding the jets of water or of aqueous solution of the plasticizing admixture.The cylindrical body (1) of the device may be made multichamber with transient holes (13) made into the diaphragms (18) between them. Into each chamber in the way of the removable mix flow there are installed cavitational-stimulative devices, restricting the flow section.The lower unloading branch pipe (12) of the device is made in the form of two or more coaxially placed hollow cylinders.
