Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o bandă pentru protecţia documentului, conţinând un suport pe care în direcţia longitudinală a benzii sunt amplasate alternativ sectoare metalizate şi transparente, această alternanţă formând un contrast la o scară considerată principală la nivelul documentului de protejat, pentru a asigura protecţia împotriva reproducerii documentelor care vor conţine această bandă, caracterizată prin aceea că banda conţine de asemenea elemente optic active unite cu sectoarele metalizate şi/sau transparente de pe bandă pentru a crea un efect optic la o scară considerată particulară la nivelul documentului de protejat. Acest efect optic permite de a produce un semn distinctiv pentru identificarea documentului de protejat. Invenţia se referă de asemenea la un document protejat care conţine banda sus-menţionată.
