Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la procedeele industriale de extragere a substantelor indulcitoare din planta Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni. Esenta inventiei consta in faptul ca amestecul dulce de glicozide din stevie se obtine in forma de extract in care surplusul de calciu, format in urma purificarii prin adaugarea oxidului de calciu sau hidroxidului de calciu, se inlatura sub forma de fosfati greu solubili, cu ajutorul acidului ortofosforic, la valoarea pH-lui 8,6 ± 0,4. Procedeul propus permite obtinerea extractului de stevie cu un inalt grad de curatare de saruri de calciu. ŕ
