Abstract

Invenţia se referă la farmacologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea preparatelor medicamentoase.Esenţa procedeului constă în aceea că propolisul se tratează cu un amestec de etanol cu cloroform în raportul propolis : cloroform : etanol de 1,00 : (3,00…3,50) : (0,45…0,60), la temperatura de 50…60°C timp de 30 min. Apoi extractul obţinut se purifică de ceruri, substanţe lipoidice şi rezinoase prin menţinerea lui la temperatura de -5…-10°C timp de 5…6 ore şi se filtrează, după care se distilează sub vid solvenţii din extractul lichid la temperatura de 50…60°C. Produsul obţinut se menţine repetat la temperatura de -5…-10°C timp de 5…6 ore şi se filtrează definitiv de cerurile precipitate.
