Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi hepatologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru hemostaza endoscopică a hemoragiilor variceale esofago-gastrice în ciroza hepatică decompensată.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se instalează sonda nazogastrică Sengstaken-Blakemore, se efectuează lavajul stomacului timp de 10…15 min prin introducerea a 1…2 L de apă cu temperatura de 10…12°C, apoi după 24 de ore sonda menţionată se înlătură, după care cu ajutorul endoscopului la nivelul joncţiunii esofago-gastrice se injectează în varicele gastrice fundice în direcţie retrogradă şi anterogradă un adeziv fibrinic, care include două componente, care se introduc separat cu amestecarea lor în lumenul vasului, şi anume primul component include o soluţie de fibrinogen, şi al doilea component include un amestec de soluţii de trombină cu soluţie de albumină de 10%, aprotinină şi clorură de Ca+2, în următorul raport al componentelor, la 1 ml:fibrinogen (mg) 15...45trombină (UI) 25...100soluţie de albumină de 10% (ml) 10...20aprotinină (KIU) 250...1000clorură de Ca+2(µmol) 15...30,apoi se introduce endoscopul cu dispozitivul de aplicare a benzilor elastice în esofag şi se ligaturează varicele esofagiene cu benzi elastice.
