Abstract

Invenţia se referă la electronica corpului solid, tehnica electronică, la elaborarea diverselor elemente electronice: convertoarelor de frecvenţă, tranzistorilor, senzorilor termici etc.Esenţa procedeului constă în aceea că pe un suport din cuarţ se fixează un fir din bismut şi/sau compuşii lui cu înveliş din sticlă, suportul se deplasează în plan orizontal, concomitent firul se încălzeşte cu un fascicul laser până la o temperatură ce depăşeşte temperatura de topire.
