Abstract
Изобретение относится к алкогольной промышленности, а именно к способу обработки дубовой древесины, используемой при созревании крепких напитков.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает измельчение термически обработанной древесины дуба, ее упаковку, введение в измельченную древесину умягченной воды или сырого дистиллята, или выдержанного дистиллята, или их смеси, в которые предварительно была добавлена перекись водорода и, опционально, аммиачная вода, герметизацию упаковки и последующее выдерживание дубовой древесины как минимум до полного разложения перекиси водорода.
