Изобретение относится к фотоники, в частности к полупроводниковым фотоприемникам.Фотоприемник выполнен на диэлектрической подложке, на которую последовательно нанесены первый полупрозрачный контактный электрод, фоточувствительный слой из стеклообразного халькогенидного полупроводника мышьяк - селен, допированный оловом, с формулой (AsSe)100-x:Snx, где 7,5≤x≤10,0 aт. % и второй полупрозрачный контактный электрод.
