Invenţia se referă la apicultură, în particular la un procedeu de hrănire a albinelor. The invention relates to beekeeping, in particular to a method of feeding bees.
Albinele colectează de pe florile plantelor nectar şi polen, pe care le prelucrează în hrană - miere şi păstură. Hrana albinelor conţine toate substanţele nutritive vitale necesare - proteine, lipide, glucide, substanţe minerale, vitamine. Bees collect nectar and pollen from plant flowers, which they process into food - honey and royal jelly. Bee food contains all the vital nutrients needed - proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins.
Pentru procesele vitale familia de albine are nevoie de o cantitate considerabilă de hrană - miere şi păstură. To determine the optimal conditions for carrying out the proposed procedure, the influence of the natural bioregulator on the winter resistance, growth, early development and productivity of bee colonies was studied at the apiary in the village of Zorile, Orhei district. Experienţa I. Pentru efectuarea experienţei au fost formate cinci loturi de familii de albine, câte trei în fiecare, inclusiv 3 experimentale şi două martor (I şi II). Familiilor de albine din lotul I li s-a administrat, la completarea rezervelor de hrană pentru iernare, câte 2,0 litri de amestec de sirop de porumb invertit de 60% cu 1,5 mL/L de bioregulator, lotul II - cu 3,0 mL/L, lotul III - cu 4,0 mL/L, lotul IV (martor I) - cu aditivul nutriţional Stimulcom 20 g/6 L de sirop, lotul V (martor II) - sirop de porumb invertit pur. La revizia de primăvară efectuată pe data de 1 aprilie 2021 s-a relevat că în cuibul familiilor de albine se numărau în medie 3,67-4,0 faguri, puterea 2,67-3,0 spaţii dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine, numărul puietului căpăcit 13,7-21,3 sute celule şi rezerva de miere 5,53-7,0 kg (tabelul 3). Cel mai bine au iernat familiile de albine din lotul II experimental, cărora li s-a administrat un amestec de sirop cu bioregulatorul MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev) în doză de 3,0 mL/L, având rezistenţa la iernare de 65,0% sau cu 8,33% mai bine faţă de lotul V (martor II) şi cu 6,67% faţă de lotul IV (martor I). Cu majorarea dozei de bioregulator rezistenţa la iernare a rămas la acelaşi nivel şi a constituit la lotul III - 65,0% (tabelul 4). Cea mai mică cantitate de miere pe parcursul iernii au consumat-o familiile de albine din lotul II (MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev) în doză de 3,0 mL/L, care a constituit 4,2 kg sau cu 0,17 kg mai puţin faţă de lotul IV (martor I) şi 0,73 kg de lotul V (martor II), iar la un spaţiu dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine - 1,407 kg la lotul I sau cu 0,516 kg mai puţin faţă de loturile martor II şi cu 0,310 kg - martor I. Hrănirea stimulatoare în perioada de primăvară în lipsa culesului melifer în luna aprilie a dus la creşterea şi dezvoltarea familiilor de albine. La efectuarea controlului familiilor de albine înaintea înfloririi salcâmului alb s-a depistat că în cuib se numărau în medie 8,0-9,0 faguri, aveau puterea de 7,0-8,0 spaţii dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine (tabelul 5). Utilizarea bioregulatorului MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev), în doză de 3,0 mL/L de sirop de porumb invertit (lotul II) asigură creşterea puterii familiilor de albine cu 25,38%, numărul puietului căpăcit 32,73%, pontei mătcilor 32,74%, şi producţiei de miere cu 33,57% mai mult faţă de lotul V (martor II) şi respectiv puterii cu 8,7%, numărul puietului căpăcit cu 12,29%, ponta mătcilor cu 12,33%, sporirea producţiei de miere cu 12,85% faţă de lotul IV (martor I). Majorarea dozei de bioregulator natural la 4,0 mL/L de sirop de porumb invertit, nu a influenţat asupra productivităţii familiilor de albine. S-a relevat că doza optimă de utilizare a bioregulatorului natural MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev) în hrana albinelor la completarea rezervelor pentru iernare şi în perioada de primăvară în lipsa culesului melifer de întreţinere este de 3,0 mL/L de sirop de porumb invertit. The use of the bioregulator MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev), at a dose of 3.0 mL/L of inverted corn syrup (batch II) ensures an increase in the strength of bee colonies by 25.38%, the number of hatched brood by 32.73%, the queen brood by 32.74%, and the honey production by 33.57% more than in batch V (control II) and respectively the strength by 8.7%, the number of hatched brood by 12.29%, the queen brood by 12.33%, and the increase in honey production by 12.85% compared to batch IV (control I). Increasing the dose of the natural bioregulator to 4.0 mL/L of inverted corn syrup did not influence the productivity of bee colonies. It was revealed that the optimal dose of using the natural bioregulator MF-SIP-26 (ApiStev) in bee food when replenishing reserves for wintering and in the spring period in the absence of maintenance honey collection is 3.0 mL/L of inverted corn syrup.
