Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к хирургической гепатологии, и может быть использовано для коррекции центральной лимфоциркуляции при лечении асцитного синдрома у пациентов с декомпенсированным циррозом печени.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что выделяют и мобилизуют внутреннюю яремную вену, сепарируют грудной лимфатический проток в области левого венозного угла, мобилизуют проток по всей грудной части с секционированием всех афферентных лимфатических ветвей с места выхода из заднего средостения до левого венозного угла, удаляют предлестничные лимфатические узлы с формированием межмышечной полости, в которую вводят 5...10%-ый раствор лидокаина, в количестве 10...15 мл, через 5...10 мин аспирируют раствор и вводят раствор полиглюкина, в количестве 15...30 мл, затем зашивают поверхностную фасцию шеи и кожу.
