Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу индуцирования гаплоидов у ячменя.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает сбор колосьев на этапе микроспорогенеза, их стерилизацию, выдерживание в темноте при температуре 4°C в течение 3 дней, выделение пыльников из колоска средней части колоса, инокуляцию пыльников в питательную среду, содержащую 0,7 М манитола, 40 mM CaCl2 и 8 г/л агарозы, и инкубацию в темноте при температуре 24°C в течение 4 дней, перенос пыльников на индукционную питательную среду FHG с содержанием фиколла 200 г/л с добавлением 0,0001% иридоидных гликозидов, полученных из растений Linaria genistifolia, выдерживание в темноте при температуре 24°C в течение 12…14 дней, после чего пыльники с положительным ответом переносят на питательную среду FHG с содержанием фиколла 400 г/л.
