Abstract
The invention refers to the wine industry, in particular to a composition of balsam. The composition of balsam contains the following ingredients: macerate of common wormwood, sweet flag calamus, coriander, cloves, cardamon, black pepper, nutmeg, mint, linden, St. John's wort, common melilot and oak bark; grape wine; apple wine; alcoholized ashberry juice; macerate of waxy green nut; macerate of raspberry; macerate of rosehip; macerate of sea-buckthorn; macerate of dry plums and smoky-drying plums; sugar syrup; natural honey; caramel; solution of ethyl alcohol and water up to the strength of 40,0 vol%. The composition can comprise alcoholized grape juice and alcoholized apple juice.
