Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к стоматологии, неврологии и рефлексотерапии, и может быть использовано для уменьшения тяжести ночных эпизодов бруксизма.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что осуществляют 3...6 циклов повторных максимальных сжиманий челюстей в течение 3-х мин, с каждым сжиманием в 5 сек, с последующей паузой в течение 5-ти сек, между циклами расслабляют жевательную мускулатуру и в течение 1…2-х мин дышат спокойно с закрытыми глазами и полуоткрытым ртом, при этом во время сжимания челюстей мочки обоих ушей прижимают при помощи клипс из силикона с выпуклостями на внутренней поверхности и вытягивают в нижнее и нижне-заднее направления.
