Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în particular la sistemul transdermal terapeutic care conţine fizostigmină în calitate de parte componentă activă. Scopul invenţiei constă în mărirea timpului degajării de control a fizostigminei şi sporirea stabilităţii celei din urmă la păstrarea sistemului.Sistemul este constituit din stratul tegumentar impenetrabil pentru substanţa activă, stratul lipicios rezervarant şi în caz de necesitate din stratul de protecţie de desprindere. Totodată stratul rezervaravt conţine 67-90% de masă a materialului polimer din grupa copolimerilor-bloc pe baza stirenului şi 1,3-dienului, poliizobutilenilor, polimerilor pe baza acrilatului şi/sau metacrilatului şi esterilor colofoniului hidiogenizat, precum şi 10-25% de masă a plastifiantului pe baza hidraţilor de carbon şi/sau esterilor şi 6,3 - 11,7% de masă a fizostigminei.
