Abstract
Invenţia se referă la sistemul terapeutic transdermal, pentru aplicarea remediului medicamentos pe piele, care constă dintr-un strat superficial impenetrabil pentru substanţă activă, un strat rezervor cleios, un strat depou contactant cu cel rezervor şi în caz de necesitate un strat protector detaşabil, stratul rezervor conţinând de la 70 până la 90% greutate de material polimer, selectat din grupa ce constă din bloc-copolimeri pe bază de stiren şi 1,3-dieni, poliizobutilenă, polimeri pe bază de acrilat şi/sau metacrilat şi esteri ai colofoniului hidrat; depoul substanţei active, nemijlocit după preparare, conţine de la 45 până la 60% greutate de soluţie de fizostigmină de 25-30% greutate.
