Abstract
Invenþia se referã la medicinã, în special la imunologie ºi poate fi utilizatã în cadrul tratamentului afecþiunilor inflamatorii ºi distrofice ale þesuturilor moi, precum ºi a defectelor þesuturilor moi.Metoda de imunoterapie constã în prelevarea sângelui, separarea din el a celulelor imunocompetente, stabilizarea lor în mediu de culturã la temperatura de 37°C în decurs de 30 min...48 ore, suspensionarea în ser fiziologic steril ºi administrarea în microambianþa procesului patologic. Stabilizarea celulelor imunocompetente în mediul de culturã poate fi efectuatã în prezenþa preparatelor imunomodulatoare.Rezultatul tehnic constã în activizarea reacþiilor imune ºi a sintezei proteinelor, în inhibarea reacþiei inflamatoare, ceea ce condiþioneazã un efect rezolutiv ºi regenerativ.
