Abstract
L'innovation décrit un procédé continu et en série pour produire un extrait poudre hydrosoluble bio-activé polyvalent à partir des déchets de l'industrie de l'arganier (Argania spinosa L. Skeel). Ce processus implique l'utilisation d'eau basique comme agent porteur des polyphénols, suivi par une neutralisation avec un acide organique et une filtration pour obtenir un extrait liquide hautement antioxydant. Ensuite, l'extrait liquide est déshydraté en utilisant la technologie de pulvérisation pour obtenir une poudre hydrosoluble. Les applications de cet extrait sont variées, allant des cosmétiques aux produits nutraceutiques et pharmaceutiques. Cette innovation permet d'obtenir un extrait de haute qualité sans altération ni transformation chimique des composés bioactifs.
