Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de séparation de matière étrangère magnétique pour pâte de frittage de batterie au lithium-ion, comprenant : un corps de machine de séparation. Le corps de machine de séparation comprend un couvercle supérieur et un cylindre de séparation ; un moteur d'entraînement est disposé à l'extrémité supérieure du couvercle supérieur ; un mécanisme d'agitation et de séparation est disposé dans une cavité interne du cylindre de séparation ; le mécanisme d'agitation et de séparation comprend un train d'engrenages planétaires, des arbres d'agitation, un cadre de collecte, des manchons de guidage magnétiques et une bague d'équilibrage ; le train d'engrenages planétaires comprend une couronne dentée, des engrenages planétaires, un planétaire et une plaque de liaison ; une extrémité de chaque arbre d'agitation est reliée à un arbre rotatif central d'un engrenage planétaire ; le cadre collecteur est relié à un arbre rotatif central du planétaire ; le manchon de guidage magnétique est monté en spirale sur le côté externe de chaque arbre d'agitation. Selon la présente invention, le mécanisme d'agitation et de séparation permet à l'arbre d'agitation de pivoter et d'effectuer une rotation, et la pâte de frittage de batterie est entièrement agitée, de sorte que les matières étrangères magnétiques dopées contenues dans la pâte de frittage de batterie peuvent être adsorbées sur les parois internes des manchons de guidage magnétiques et se déplacer dans le cadre de collecte le long des parois internes, ce qui permet de réaliser une séparation rapide des matières étrangères magnétiques contenues dans la pâte de frittage de batterie.
