Abstract
L'invention concerne une méthode de détermination d'une concentration d'un analyte dans un fluide corporel à l'aide d'un dispositif mobile (110) comprenant une caméra (112). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) prendre une série d'images d'étalonnage (114) d'au moins une région d'intérêt (116) d'un objet (118) à l'aide de la caméra (112), les images d'étalonnage (114) se distinguant par leur luminosité ; b) extraire de chaque image d'étalonnage (114) de la série prise à l'étape a) au moins un chiffre d'étalonnage clé (137) caractéristique d'une fonction de reproduction de tons du dispositif mobile (110) ; c) déterminer au moins une fonction de reproduction de tons probable (120) du dispositif mobile (110) en tenant compte des chiffres d'étalonnage clés (137) provenant des images d'étalonnage (114) de la série prise à l'étape a) ; d) prendre au moins une image d'analyse d'au moins une partie d'un champ d'essai (122) d'une bandelette réactive optique (124), le champ d'essai (122) comportant le fluide corporel ; et e) déterminer la concentration de l'analyte dans le fluide corporel à partir de l'image d'analyse du champ d'essai (122) en prenant en compte la fonction de reproduction de tons probable (120) du dispositif mobile (110).
