Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de commande de paramètres d'auto-exposition d'un dispositif mobile ayant au moins une caméra. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : a) fournir une carte de référence de couleur (110) et une bandelette de test optique (118) ayant un champ d'essai (120) sur lequel est appliqué un échantillon, la carte de référence de couleur (110) comprenant une pluralité de différents champs de référence de couleur (112) ayant des valeurs de couleur de référence connues et un ou plusieurs champs de fond gris (114) ayant des valeurs de gris définies, b) définir une zone de mesure d'exposition et déterminer des paramètres d'auto-exposition sur la base de la scène (126) dans la zone de mesure d'exposition définie ; la scène (126) dans la zone de mesure d'exposition définie comprenant au moins une partie du champ de test de réactif (120) de la bandelette de test optique (118) sur laquelle est appliqué l'échantillon et au moins une partie de la pluralité de différents champs de référence de couleur (112) et au moins une partie du ou des champs de fond gris (114) de la carte de référence de couleur (110), c) capturer, à l'aide de la caméra (120), au moins une image comprenant la scène (126) de l'étape b), les paramètres d'auto-exposition déterminés de l'étape b) étant utilisés. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détermination de la concentration d'un analyte dans un échantillon à l'aide d'un dispositif mobile.
