Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d’analyse d’un ensemble de particules alimentaires, comprenant les étapes d’acquisition d’une image numérique en couleurs d’une pluralité de particules disposées sur un support,de détection de parties de l’image correspondant à chaque particule, de détermination de la couleur de chaque partie de l’image déterminée, et de mesure d’une distance entre la couleur déterminé(e) d’une partie de l’image et entre une couleur prédéterminée d’un type de particule prédéterminé.
