Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un matériau contenant de l'amiante, qui permet de transformer l'amiante en produits inertes (c'est-à-dire non dangereux pour la santé humaine) qui peuvent éventuellement être réutilisés comme matières premières pour traitement industriel subséquent ou comme produits industriels directement commercialisables. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à préparer une solution/suspension acide en soumettant des déchets de l'industrie alimentaire à une prolifération et/ou fermentation fongique et bactérienne mixte, et à traiter un matériau contenant de l'amiante avec la solution/suspension acide obtenue de la fermentation mixte à une température de 120 à 170 °c et une pression de 2 à 10 bar.
