Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation et un procédé à haute efficacité pour l'extraction d'huile qui permet le transport de pâte d'olive d'un poste de broyage (1) par une pompe à piston et un convoyeur (4) vers un poste de centrifugation (6) où l'huile est extraite. La pompe à piston (3) alimente la pâte d'olive sur le convoyeur (4) de manière pulsée.
