Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'accumulation intermédiaire d'énergie thermique, ainsi qu'une installation constituée de plusieurs dispositifs de ce type. Ce dispositif comporte un accumulateur à matière solide (2) et un système de conduites tubulaires (5) formé de tubes individuels (6), qui s'étend dans l'accumulateur à matière solide (2) et qui est traversé par un milieu porteur d'énergie. L'objet de l'invention est de pouvoir charger en énergie thermique ou décharger l'accumulateur à matière solide (2) de manière rapide et uniforme. A cet effet, Ledit dispositif comporte des éléments thermoconducteurs (20, 21, 26, 27, 29, 31, 33, 36, 39) qui forment avec les tubes individuels (6) des zones de transfert de chaleur et qui s'étendent dans les zones de l'accumulateur à matière solide (2) exemptes de tubes individuels (6). Lesdits éléments thermoconducteurs (20, 21, 26, 27, 29, 31, 33, 36, 39) présentent une conductivité thermique supérieure à celle de l'accumulateur à matière solide (2)
