Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un système de délivrance de principes actifs comprenant au moins un complexe constitué d'un support composé de plantes entières, ou parties de plantes, séchées, et d'une poudre comportant au moins un principe actif adsorbée sur l'ensemble de la surface dudit support. Le procédé selon l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte une étape de formation dudit complexe comportant les étapes suivantes: - une étape de distribution d'une quantité prédéterminée dudit support dans un mélangeur, - une étape de pulvérisation de tout ou partie d'une quantité prédéterminée d'une solution aqueuse ou d'eau sur ledit support de manière à humecter chaque plante, ou partie de plante, dudit support, de manière à ce que la totalité de ladite solution aqueuse ou de l'eau alors pulvérisée soit absorbée par ledit support, ladite étape de pulvérisation étant stoppée lorsque ladite solution aqueuse ou l'eau n'est plus absorbée par ledit support; - une étape de saupoudrage de tout ou partie d'une quantité prédéterminée de ladite poudre de manière à ce que la totalité de ladite poudre alors saupoudrée soit adsorbée sur ledit support, ladite étape de saupoudrage étant stoppée lorsque ladite poudre n'est plus adsorbée sur ledit support; - si la totalité de la quantité prédéterminée de ladite poudre n'a pas été saupoudrée, recommencer ledit procédé à partir de l'étape de pulvérisation de ladite solution comportant de l'eau sur ledit support, - une étape de séchage dudit complexe formé.
