Abstract

STABILISATION DE TESTOSTERONE AU SEIN DE DISPOSITIFS TRANSDERMIQUES Résumé: La présente invention concerne la stabilisation chimique de la testostérone contenue dans des dispositifs transdermiques autoadhésifs via l'association d'un agent dessicant avec ledit dispositif au sein d'un emballage étanche. L'utilisation d'un agent dessicant permet de limiter la dégradation chimique de la testostérone en androstènedione et autres impuretés et assure ainsi une conservation dudit dispositif sur des durées allant jusqu'à trente-six mois.
