Claims (7)

  1. LV 10841 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Ekstrūders betona plākšņu izgatavošanai, galvenokārt dobām betona plātnēm un citām celtniecības detaļām, satur pārvietojamu slīdveidni ar formējošo telpu materiāla padevei, nekustīgu formas pamatni, formas sānu daļas garenvirzienā gar abiem sāniem novietotu garenapmalu veidā un vismaz vienu gliemezi ar dobumveidotāju uz brīvā gala, kas novietots starp garenapmalēm atšķiras ar to, ka, lai nodrošinātu materiāla sablīvēšanos, tam ir piedziņa pārtrauktas kustības piešķiršanai turp virzienā starp dobumveidotājiem vienam pret otru un atpakaļ virzienā attiecībā pret garenapmalēm, vismaz divu sānu formveidojošo daļu blakus virsmām ir vismaz viens pāris garengriezumā V-veidīgu posmu, kuri novietoti pretēji tā, ka savstarpēji veido telpas.

  4. 4. Ekstrūders saskaņā ar 1 .p. a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka garenapmalu sānu formveidojošās virsmas izgatavotas ar V-veidīgiem padziļinājumiem, kuri novietoti pretim atbilstošiem blakus esošo dobumveidotāju V-veidotiem posmiem.
  5. 5. Ekstrūders saskaņā ar 1 .p. a t š ķ i r a s ar to, ka dobumveidotāja daļa, kas piekļaujas gliemezim, ar stieņa palīdzību ir savienota ar turp-atpakaļ kustības pievadu.
  6. 6. Ekstrūders saskaņā ar 1 .p. a t š ķ i r a s ar to, kā virsmas V-veidīgie posmi ir izveidoti uz dobumveidotāja viengabala posmiem.
