Abstract

The chambers are integral with the drive shaft and perform three roles for free fall, buoyancy and hydrostatic reaction during a turn. They are inseparable and convert the energy of free fall, the hydrostatic reaction and the buoyancy resulting from the device, whether or not under artificial pressure, into rotating mechanical energy. Partial power draw from the shaft produces pneumatic energy which is useful in maintaining hydrostatic response and buoyancy.
