Abstract
Granulating device (10) for melting material comprises granulating groove (18) having granulation water injection apparatus (24); dehydrating unit (46) having granulation water recycle groove (52); and condensation tower (30) over the granulating groove (18), condensation tower (30) is equipped with steam condensation system (32) including spray apparatus (34) at the top end of the condensation tower (30); and condensation water collecting apparatus (36) in the condensation tower (30) and below the spray apparatus (34). Granulating device (10) for melting material comprises granulating groove (18) having a granulation water injection apparatus (24); dehydrating unit (46) having a granulation water recycle groove (52), granulating groove (18) is connected to the hydrating unit (46) via slag/water discharging tube (44); and condensation tower (30) over the granulating groove (18), condensation tower (30) is equipped with steam condensation system (32) including spray apparatus (34) at the top end of the condensation tower (30); and condensation water collecting apparatus (36) in the condensation tower (30) and below the spray apparatus (34); where the gravity supply tube (76) has top end connected to the condensation water collecting apparatus (36) and a bottom connected to water injection apparatus (24), top end has overflow port (80); overflow pipe (82) has the top end connected to overflow port (80) and bottom (84) for discharging the condensation water to granulation water recycle groove (52), if the water level in the gravity supply pipe (76) is set at the height of overflow port (80), part of the condensation water directly enters the granulation water recycle groove (52) bypassing the overflow tube (82).
