Abstract
The invention discloses a green manure covering device for pomelo orchards and a covering method thereof, and relates to the technical field of green manure covering devices and covering methods thereof. The invention includes a box body and an extrusion unit; the left side of the box body is provided with a connecting block matched with an external power structure, the upper side of the box body is provided with a protective unit, and a covering unit is arranged between the front and rear sides of the protective unit; the extrusion unit includes an electric telescopic rod, a supporting plate, fixed seats, a driving shaft, a roller and an impurity removal assembly, where the upper end of the right side of the box body is provided with a bump along the front-rear direction; the fixed seats are driven to slide along the up-down direction through the sliding of the supporting plate, and the rotating driving shaft is driven to slide along the up-down direction through the sliding of the fixed seats, so as to adjust the up-and-down position of the rotating roller; the raw materials covering the green manure seeds are extruded by the roller, so that the extruded raw materials are stably covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds.

GREEN MANURE COVERING DEVICE FOR POMELO
ORCHARDS AND COVERING METHOD THEREOF
The invention relates to the technical field of green manure covering devices and covering methods thereof, and in particular to a green manure covering device for a pomelo orchard and a covering method thereof.
Green manure is a fertilizer made of green plants, and it is a biological fertilizer source with complete nutrients. Planting green manure is not only an effective method to increase fertilizer sources, but also plays a great role in improving soil. However, in order to give full play to the role of green manure in increasing production, it must be applied reasonably. Green manure can provide rich nutrients for soil. Young stems and leaves of various green manures are rich in nutrients. Once decomposed in soil, it can greatly increase the organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and various trace elements in the soil. For every thousand kilograms of green manure and fresh grass, 6.3 kilograms of nitrogen, 1.3 kilograms of phosphorus and 5 kilograms of potassium are generally available, which is equivalent to 13.7 kilograms of urea, 6 kilograms of calcium superphosphate and 10 kilograms of potassium sulphate.
In the process of sowing green manure, the seeds need to be covered for better growth. However, after the seeds are covered by the existing devices, the covered raw materials are in a fluffy state, which is easy to expose the seeds due to external factors, causing unnecessary troubles. Therefore, a green manure covering device for pomelo orchards and its covering method are proposed.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the existing defects and provide a green manure covering device for pomelo orchards and a covering method thereof. The sliding of the supporting plate drives the fixed seat to HUS05T4T slide along the up-down direction, and the sliding of the fixed seat drives the rotating driving shaft to slide along the up-down direction, so that the vertical position of the rotating roller can be adjusted, and the raw materials covering the green manure seeds can be squeezed by the roller, so that the extruded raw materials can be stably covered on the outside of the green manure seeds, thus effectively solving the problems in the background.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a green manure covering device for pomelo orchards and a covering method thereof, including a box body and an extrusion unit; the box body: the left side of the box body is provided with a connecting block matched with an external power structure, the upper side of the box body is provided with a protective unit, and a covering unit is arranged between the front and rear sides of the protective unit; the extrusion unit includes an electric telescopic rod, a supporting plate, fixed seats, a driving shaft, a roller and an impurity removal assembly, where the upper end of the right side of the box body is provided with a bump along the front-rear direction, and the front and rear ends of the lower side of the bump are respectively provided with an electric telescopic rod; a supporting plate is arranged between the lower ends of the two electric telescopic rods along the front-rear direction; a fixed seat is respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the lower side of the supporting plate; and the driving shaft is rotatably connected between the inner sides of the two fixed seats, the middle part of the outer side of the driving shaft is rotatably connected with the ground through the roller, and the right side of the supporting plate is provided with the impurity removal assembly slidably connected with the outer side of the roller.
The box body is connected with the external connecting structure through the connecting block, the upper side of the box body is disconnected and sealed through the protective unit, the green manure seeds are covered through the covering unit, the supporting plate is driven to slide along the up-down direction under the action of the electric telescopic rod, the fixed seats are driven to slide along the up-down direction HUS05T4T through the sliding of the supporting plate, and the rotating driving shaft is driven to slide along the up-down direction through the sliding of the fixed seats, so as to adjust the up-and-down position of the rotating roller; the raw materials covering the green manure seeds are extruded by the roller, so that the extruded raw materials are stably covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds; and the impurities adhered on the outer side of the roller are cleaned by the impurity removal assembly.
Further, the impurity removing assembly includes a long groove, a square plate, circular grooves II, circular holes II and clamping rods II; the right side of the supporting plate is provided with a long groove along the front-rear direction; the inner side of the long groove is clamped with the square plate along the front-rear direction; the lower side of the square plate is connected with the outer side of the roller in a sliding way; the upper ends of the front and rear sides of the square plate are respectively provided with the circular groove II; and the front and rear sides of the long groove are respectively provided with the circular hole II and the inner sides of the two circular holes II are respectively connected with a clamping rod II in a sliding way along the front-rear direction, and the outer inner ends of the two clamping rods II are respectively matched and clamped with the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II.
The square plate is clamped by the long groove, the impurities adhered to the outer side of the rotating roller are cleaned by the square plate, the corresponding clamping rods II slide by the circular holes II, and the square plate is disassembled and replaced by the sliding of the two clamping rods II under the cooperative clamping between the inner ends of the outer sides of the two clamping rods II and the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II.
Further, the impurity removing assembly also includes springs II, chutes II and sliders II, where the inner outer ends of the two circular holes II are respectively provided with a spring II, the inner ends of the two springs II are respectively fixedly connected with the outer ends of the two clamping rods II, and the inner right sides of the two circular holes II are respectively provided with a chute II along the front-rear direction, and the two sliders II are respectively provided with two chutes II, there are HUS05T4T two sliders II and the two chutes II are respectively connected with the inner sides of the corresponding chutes II through the right outer end of a clamping rod II along the front-rear direction.

Further, the extrusion unit also includes an arc-shaped fixing block II and a motor II, where the motor II is fixedly connected to the front side of the front-end fixed seat through the arc-shaped fixing block II, the output shaft of the motor II is fixedly connected with the front end of the driving shaft, and the input end of the motor II is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply through an external control switch group.
The output shaft of the second motor is driven to rotate by the external power supply, and the driving shaft is driven to rotate by the rotation of the output shaft of the motor II.
Further, the protective unit includes a square groove, a protective plate, a circular groove I, a circular hole I and a clamping rod I, wherein the upper side of the box body is provided with the square groove, the left ends of the front and rear sides of the protective plate are respectively movably connected with the left ends of the front and rear sides inside the square groove, and the lower side of the protective plate is cooperatively connected with the inner lower side of the square groove; the inner right side of the square groove is provided with the circular groove I, and the right side of the protective plate is provided with the circular hole I, the inner side of the circular hole I is slidably connected with a clamping rod I in the left-right direction, and the right end of the outer side of the clamping rod I is matched with the inner side of the circular groove I.
Under the action of the square groove, the protective plate is movable, the upper side of the box body can be disconnected and sealed by the protective plate, the HUS05T4T clamping rod I can slide under the action of the circular hole I, and the protective plate can be quickly opened and fixed on the inner side of the square groove under the cooperative connection between the outer right end of the clamping rod I and the 5 inner side of the circular groove I.

The slider I is driven by external force to slide in the left-right direction on the inner side of the chute I, and the clamping rod I is driven to slide on the inner side of the circular hole I by the sliding of the slider I, so that the outer right end of the clamping rod I is firmly clamped with the inner side of the circular groove I under the action of the spring I.
Further, the protective unit also includes a handle and a rubber protective shell, the upper side of the protective plate is provided with the handle, and the middle part of the outer side of the handle is matched and clamped with the rubber protective shell.
Through the handle, the protective plate can easily move through external force, and the softness of the outside of the handle is increased by the setting of the rubber protective shell.
Further, the covering unit includes a rotating shaft, a roller shaft, convex strips and a discharge port, where the rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front and rear sides inside the box body; the roller shaft is fixedly connected with the outer side of the rotating shaft along the front-rear direction; the outer side of the roller shaft is provided with convex strips along the front-rear direction, and the outer side of the roller shaft is uniformly provided with at least six convex strips along the circumferential direction; the inner lower side of the box body is provided with a discharge port along the front-rear direction, and the roller shaft is rotatably connected 50514) with the inner side of the discharge port through convex strips.
The rotation of the rotating shaft drives the rotation of the roller shaft, the rotation of the roller shaft drives the rotation of the convex strips, and under the rotating connection between the roller shaft and the inner side of the discharge port, the raw materials covering the green manure seeds in the box body are uniformly discharged from the discharge port and uniformly covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds through the rotation of the convex strips.
Further, the covering unit also includes an arc-shaped fixing block I and a motor
I, where the motor I is fixedly connected to the front side of the box body through the arc-shaped fixing block I, the output shaft of the motor I is fixedly connected with the front end of the rotating shaft, and the input end of the motor I is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply through an external control switch group.
Under the action of external power supply, the output shaft of the motor I is driven to rotate, and the rotation shaft is driven to rotate through the rotation of the output shaft of the motor I.
Further, a green manure covering method for pomelo orchards includes following assembly steps:
S1, firstly, opening the protective plate on the upper side of the box body, and putting raw materials covering the green manure seeds into the inside of the box body to make the protective plate and the upper side of the box body in a sealed state;
S2, turning on the motor I to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, and driving the convex strips on the outer side of the roller shaft by the rotation of the rotating shaft to rotate, and uniformly discharging the raw materials covering the green manure seeds in the box body from the discharge port through the rotation of the convex strips;

Under the rotating connection between the roller shaft 42 and the inner side of the discharge port 44, the raw materials covering the green manure seeds in the box body 1 are uniformly discharged from the discharge port 44 and uniformly covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds through the rotation of the convex strip 43.
The covering unit 4 further includes an arc-shaped fixing block I 45 and a motor

The impurity removal assembly includes a long groove 56, a square plate 57, circular grooves II 58, circular holes II 59 and clamping rods II 510. The right side of the supporting plate 52 is provided with a long groove 56 along the front-rear direction, and the inner side of the long groove 56 is clamped with the square plate 57 along the front-rear direction. The lower side of the square plate 57 is connected with the outer side of the roller 55 in a sliding way. The upper ends of the front and rear sides of the square plate 57 are respectively provided with the circular groove II 58,
and the front and rear sides of the long groove 56 are respectively provided with the HUS05T4T circular hole II 59. The inner sides of the two circular holes II 59 are respectively connected with a clamping rod II 510 in a sliding way along the front-rear direction, and the outer inner ends of the two clamping rods II 510 are respectively matched and clamped with the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II 58.
The square plate 57 is clamped by the long groove 56, the impurities adhered to the outer side of the rotating roller 55 are cleaned by the square plate 57, the corresponding clamping rods II 510 slide by the circular holes II 59, and the square plate 57 is disassembled and replaced by the sliding of the two clamping rods II 510 under the cooperative clamping between the inner ends of the outer sides of the two clamping rods II 510 and the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II 58.
The impurity removing assembly further includes springs II 511, chutes II 512 and sliders II 513, where the inner outer ends of the two circular holes II 59 are respectively provided with a spring II 511, and the inner ends of the two springs II 511 are respectively fixedly connected with the outer ends of the two clamping rods II 510; and the inner right sides of the two circular holes 59 are respectively provided with a chute II 512 along the front-rear direction, there are two sliders II 513 and the two chutes II 512 are respectively connected with the inner sides of the corresponding chutes II 512 through the right outer end of a clamping rod II 510 along the front-rear direction.
The slider II 513 is driven to slide inside the corresponding chute II 512 by external force, and the clamping rod II 510 is driven to slide inside the corresponding circular hole II 59 by the sliding of the slider II 513, so that the outer inner ends of the two clamping rods II 510 are firmly clamped with the inner sides of the corresponding circular groove II 58 under the action of the spring II 511.
The extrusion unit 5 further includes an arc-shaped fixing block II 514 and a motor II 515, where the motor II 515 is fixedly connected to the front side of the front-end fixed seat 53 through the arc-shaped fixing block II 514, the output shaft of the motor II 515 is fixedly connected with the front end of the driving shaft 54, and the input end of the motor II 515 is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply through an external control switch group. The output shaft of the second motor 515 is driven to rotate by the external power supply, and the driving shaft 54 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the output shaft of the motor IT 515.
A green manure covering method for pomelo orchards comprises the following assembly steps:
S1, firstly, opening the protective plate 32 on the upper side of the box body 1, and putting raw materials covering the green manure seeds into the inside of the box body 1 to make the protective plate 32 and the upper side of the box body 1 in a sealed state;
S2, turning on the motor I 46 to drive the rotating shaft 41 to rotate, and driving the convex strips 43 on the outer side of the roller shaft 42 by the rotation of the rotating shaft 41 to rotate, and uniformly discharging the raw materials covering the green manure seeds in the box body 1 from the discharge port 44 through the rotation of the convex strips 43;
S3, evenly covering the raw materials covering the green manure seeds discharged from the discharge port 44 on the outside of the green manure seeds, and driving the roller 55 rotating at the lower side of the supporting plate 52 by the electric telescopic rod 51 to extrude the raw materials covering the green manure seeds, so that the extruded raw materials are stably covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds.

The rotating driving shaft 54 is driven to slide along the up-down direction through the sliding of the fixed seats 53, so as to adjust the up-and-down position of the rotating roller 55; the raw materials covering the green manure seeds are extruded by the roller 55, so that the extruded raw materials are stably covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds; the square plate 57 is clamped by the long groove 56, the impurities adhered to the outer side of the rotating roller 55 are cleaned by the square plate 57,
The slider II 513 is driven to slide inside the corresponding chute II 512 by external force, and the clamping rod II 510 is driven to slide inside the corresponding circular hole II 59 by the sliding of the slider II 513, so that the outer inner ends of the two clamping rods II 510 are firmly clamped with the inner sides of the corresponding circular groove II 58 under the action of the spring II 511; the square plate 57 is disassembled and replaced by the sliding of the two clamping rods II 510 under the HUS05T4T cooperative clamping between the inner ends of the outer sides of the two clamping rods IT 510 and the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II 58.
It is worth noting that both the motor I 46 and the motor II 515 disclosed in the above embodiment are servo motors, and the control switch group controls the operation of the motor I 46 and the motor II 515 by the methods commonly used in the prior art.

A green manure covering device for pomelo orchards, characterized by comprising a box body (1) and an extrusion unit (5); the box body (1): the left side of the box body (1) is provided with a connecting block (2) matched with an external power structure, the upper side of the box body (1) is provided with a protective unit (3), and a covering unit (4) is arranged between the front and rear sides of the protective unit (3); the extrusion unit (5) includes an electric telescopic rod (51), a supporting plate (52), fixed seats (53), a driving shaft (54), a roller (55) and an impurity removal assembly, where the upper end of the right side of the box body (1) is provided with a bump along the front-rear direction, and the front and rear ends of the lower side of the bump are respectively provided with an electric telescopic rod (51); a supporting plate (52) is arranged between the lower ends of the two electric telescopic rods (51) along the front-rear direction, and a fixed seat (53) is respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the lower side of the supporting plate (52); the driving shaft (54) is rotatably connected between the inner sides of the two fixed seats (53), the middle part of the outer side of the driving shaft (54) is rotatably connected with the ground through a roller (55), and the right side of the supporting plate (52) is provided with the impurity removal assembly slidably connected with the outer side of the roller (55).

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 1, characterized in that the impurity removal assembly comprises a long groove (56), a square plate (57), circular grooves II (58), circular holes II (59) and clamping rods II (510); the right side of the supporting plate (52) is provided with a long groove (56) along the front-rear direction, and the inner side of the long groove (56) is clamped with the square plate (57) along the front-rear direction; the lower side of the square plate (57) is connected with the outer side of the roller (55) in a sliding way; the upper ends of the front and rear sides of the square plate (57) are respectively provided with the circular groove II (58), and the front and rear sides of the long groove (56) are respectively provided with the circular hole II (59); the inner sides of the two circular holes II (59) are respectively connected with a clamping rod II (510) in a sliding way HUS05T4T along the front-rear direction, and the outer inner ends of the two clamping rods II (510) are respectively matched and clamped with the inner sides of the corresponding circular grooves II (58).

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 2, characterized in that the impurity removal assembly further comprises springs II (511), chutes II (512) and sliders II (513), where the inner outer ends of the two circular holes II (59) are respectively provided with a spring II (511), and the inner ends of the two springs II (511) are respectively fixedly connected with the outer ends of the two clamping rods II (510); and the inner right sides of the two circular holes (59) are respectively provided with a chute II (512) along the front-rear direction, there are two sliders II (513) and the two chutes II (512) are respectively connected with the inner sides of the corresponding chutes II (512) through the right outer end of a clamping rod II (510) along the front-rear direction.

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 1, characterized in that the extrusion unit (5) further comprises an arc-shaped fixing block II (514) and a motor II (515), where the motor II (515) is fixedly connected to the front side of the front-end fixed seat (53) through the arc-shaped fixing block II (514), the output shaft of the motor II (515) is fixedly connected with the front end of the driving shaft (54), and the input end of the motor II (515) is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply through an external control switch group.

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective unit (3) comprises a square groove (31), a protective plate (32), a circular groove I (33), a circular hole I (34) and a clamping rod I (36); the upper side of the box body (1) is provided with the square groove (31), and the left ends of the front and rear sides of the protective plate (32) are respectively movably connected with the left ends of the front and rear sides inside the square groove (31), and the lower side of the protective plate (32) is cooperatively connected with the inner lower side of the square groove (31), the inner right side of the square groove (31) is provided with the circular groove I (33), and the right side of the HUS05T4T protective plate (32) is provided with the circular hole I (34), the inner side of the circular hole I (34) is slidably connected with a clamping rod I (36) in the left-right direction, and the right end of the outer side of the clamping rod I (36) is matched with the inner side of the circular groove I (33).

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 5, characterized in that the protection unit (3) further comprises a spring I (35), a chute I (37) and a slider I (38); the left end of the inner side of the circular hole I (34) is provided with the spring I (35), and the right end of the spring I (35) is fixedly connected with the left end of the clamping rod I (36), and the inner upper side of the circular hole I (34) is provided with the chute I (37) in the left-right direction, and the slider I (38) is slidably connected with the inner side of the chute I (37) through the upper side of the clamping rod I (36) in the left-right direction.

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 6, characterized in that the protection unit (3) further comprises a handle (39) and a rubber protective shell (310); the upper side of the protective plate (32) is provided with the handle (39), and the middle part of the outer side of the handle (39) is matched and clamped with the rubber protective shell (310).

The green manure covering device for pomelo orchards according to claim 1, characterized in that the covering unit (4) comprises a rotating shaft (41), a roller shaft (42), convex strips (43) and a discharge port (44), the rotating shaft (41) is rotatably connected between the front and rear sides inside the box body (1), and the roller shaft (42) 1s fixedly connected to the outer side of the rotating shaft (41) along the front-rear direction; the outer side of the roller shaft (42) is provided with convex strips (43) along the front-rear direction, and the outer side of the roller shaft (42) is uniformly provided with at least six convex strips (43) along the circumferential direction; the inner lower side of the box body (1) is provided with a discharge port (44) along the front-rear direction, and the roller shaft (42) is rotatably connected with the inner side of the discharge port (44) through convex strips (43).

A green manure covering method for pomelo orchards, characterized by comprising following assembly steps: S1, firstly, opening the protective plate (32) on the upper side of the box body (1), and putting raw materials covering the green manure seeds into the inside of the box body (1) to make the protective plate (32) and the upper side of the box body (1) in a sealed state; S2, turning on the motor I (46) to drive the rotating shaft (41) to rotate, and driving the convex strips (43) on the outer side of the roller shaft (42) by the rotation of the rotating shaft (41) to rotate, and uniformly discharging the raw materials covering the green manure seeds in the box body (1) from the discharge port (44) through the rotation of the convex strips (43); S3, evenly covering the raw materials covering the green manure seeds discharged from the discharge port (44) on the outside of the green manure seeds, and driving the roller (55) rotating at the lower side of the supporting plate (52) by the electric telescopic rod (51) to extrude the raw materials covering the green manure seeds, so that the extruded raw materials are stably covered on the outer side of the green manure seeds.
