Description
DESCRIPTION LU504685
BIOLOGICAL PESTICIDE FOR PREVENTING AND CONTROLLING
ASPARAGUS STEM BLIGHT
The invention relates to a biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight, in particular to a biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight prepared by comprehensively utilizing chitosan oligosaccharides,
Chinese herbal extracts and carbendazim, belonging to the technical field of agricultural biological pest control.
Asparagus (scientific name: Asparagus officinalis), also known as Shi Diao Bo, is a perennial herb of the genus Asparagus cochinchinensis (Asparagus genus) in the
Asparagaceae family. Its young shoots can be used for vegetable food, and it has the reputation of “the king of vegetables” in the international market. Asparagus has high nutritional value, can moisten the lungs, relieve cough, dispel phlegm, and has functions such as inhibiting tumor growth, which is deeply loved by people. In recent years, with the expansion of asparagus cultivation area, the occurrence of diseases has been increasing year by year, especially the occurrence and harm of stem blight, which has seriously affected the yield and quality of asparagus.
The pathogen of asparagus stem blight is Phomopsis of Asparagus cochinchinensis, which is a destructive disease distributed worldwide; this disease spreads quickly under rainy and windy conditions, and can also be spread by splashing rainwater. Air borne diseases are the main cause of large-scale outbreaks.
The direction of field spread and the rapid onset of diseases are often influenced ByJ504685 wind. In addition, low-lying terrain, heavy clay, and excessive nitrogen fertilizer can easily exacerbate the outbreak of the disease. This disease is relatively severe in Asian asparagus planting countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and particularly in China. Asparagus production provinces in China are common, and the southern region is more severe than the northern region. Mild cases lead to poor growth and development of asparagus, reducing yield and quality; the severe cases died prematurely and the entire field was destroyed.
At present, the prevention and control of asparagus stem blight mainly relies on chemical control. However, due to the extensive use of chemical pesticides for many years, the pathogen has developed strong resistance in many regions, which greatly reduces the effectiveness of pesticides. Lin Pelli et al. and Kang Yebin conducted toxicity tests on the combined effects of different pesticides on the pathogen of asparagus stem blight; Peng Mingsheng and Feng Xiao tested the control effect of 60% carbendazim hydrochloride wettable powder, 70% thiophanate methyl wettable powder, 50% benlaite wettable powder, 50% dimethazide wettable powder, 12.5% diniconazole wettable powder and other agents, but the above agents are fungicides with a long service life.
Asparagus stem blight fungus is prone to develop resistance to these fungicides, so it is particularly important to find alternative agents to prevent stem blight.
The patent technology 2017105568113 discloses a bactericidal biological pesticide for the prevention and treatment of asparagus stem blight and asparagus brown spot, the main components of which are polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, Zineb and thiophanate methyl; it can be seen that the patented technology still focuses on chemical prevention and control; patent technology 2013103015752 discloses a chemical fertilizer and its fertilization method for preventing and treating asparagus stem blight.
The key technology is to adjust the nitrogen phosphorus potassium ratio of chemickl504685 fertilizers, keep the soil acidic, and destroy the conditions for stem blight, which belongs to the “treatment of symptoms”. In summary, the prevention and control of asparagus stem blight disease in existing technologies mainly rely on chemical agents, while biological agents are mainly used to prevent the onset of asparagus stem blight disease.
However, the prevention effect on already diseased asparagus stem blight disease is relatively low, which can easily cause excessive pesticide residues, affect food safety, and reduce asparagus production efficiency.
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight. Through the synergistic effect of chitosan oligosaccharides, active extracts of Chinese herbal medicines, carbendazim and other raw materials, the invention can significantly prevent and cure asparagus stem blight, improve the output and quality of asparagus, and thus improve the benefits of asparagus planting; the biological pesticide is safe, green, pollution-free and conducive to the sustainable development of asparagus planting.
To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows:
A biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight, which is made of the following raw materials: 10-20 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 20-40 parts of active extracts of Chinese herbal medicine, 10-40 parts of carbendazim, 8-15 parts of surfactant, and 100-200 parts of water.
Preferably, the above-mentioned biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight is made from the following raw materials in weight fractions: 12— 16 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide, 25-32 parts of active extracts of Chinese herbal medicine, 20-30 parts of carbendazim, 8-15 parts of surfactant, and 100-200 parts of water.
More preferably, the above-mentioned biological pesticide for preventing arld/504685 controlling asparagus stem blight is made of the following raw materials in weight fractions: 15 parts of chitosan oligosaccharides, 30 parts of active extracts of Chinese herbal medicines, 25 parts of carbendazim, 10 parts of surfactants and 150 parts of water.
The molecular weight of the chitosan oligosaccharides mentioned above is 1000— 2000Da, among which the chitosan oligosaccharides with a molecular weight of 1500Da are the best.
The above carbendazim is 50% wettable powder.
The above active extract of Chinese herbal medicine is water extract of
Peucedanum, Houttuynia cordata, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The compatibility ratio of
Chinese herbal raw materials is 25 parts of Peucedanum, 18 parts of Houttuynia cordata, and 7 parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
The active extract of the above Chinese herbal medicine is prepared by the following methods: crushing the raw materials of Chinese herbal medicine with impurities removed, passing through 100 mesh, adding purified water that is 5 times the amount of the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials, adding cellulase accounting for 5% and xylanase accounting for 3% of the mass ratio of Chinese herbal medicines, and enzymatically hydrolyzing at 50-60 DEG C for 12 hours under the condition of ultrasonic assistance; after enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration is carried out, and the filtrate is the active extract of Chinese herbal medicine.
The invention also provides a preparation method of biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight, which comprises the following steps: (1) Weighing the formulated amount of chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim, active extract of Chinese herbal medicine, surfactant and water; (2) Putting the weighed chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim and surfactant in the formulated amount of water in step (1), and stirring them until they are completely dissolved;
(3) Putting the prescription amount of active extract of Chinese herbal medicine intd/504685 the solution prepared in step (2), stirring evenly, and obtaining biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight.
In the present invention, chitosan oligosaccharides, due to their small relative molecular weight, are easy to penetrate the bacterial cell membrane and enter the cytoplasm and nucleus, causing leakage of related enzymes with physiological activity within the cell. At the same time, they interact with negatively charged substances such as DNA to interfere with DNA replication and transcription, thereby exerting their antimicrobial activity; chitosan oligosaccharides can also induce plant disease resistance and have immune and killing effects on various fungi, bacteria and viruses. The active extract of Chinese herbal medicine plays an important promoting role in the present invention, significantly enhancing the antibacterial, bactericidal, and disease prevention effects of the product through functional active substances such as saponins in the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine; the invention also finds that the combination of chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim and active extract of Chinese herbal medicine has a strong slow release function and prolongs the action time of the product of the invention.
Carbendazim is a broad-spectrum fungicide, which can prevent and cure diseases caused by fungi (such as Fungi imperfecti and Polycystis) on many crops, and can be used for leaf spray, seed treatment and soil treatment. The existing research results showed that the control effect of carbendazim on asparagus stem blight was poor, and excessive application could produce drug resistance. The invention finds that carbendazim can quickly inhibit the occurrence of asparagus stem blight and reduce the harm of stem blight to asparagus production with the aid of the above raw materials by compounding chitosan oligosaccharides, active extract of Chinese herbal medicines and carbendazim.
The invention further provides the application method of the biological pesticide fbt/504685 preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight in asparagus planting, which is characterized in that the biological pesticide for preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight is diluted with water to 200-300 times liquid for spray, and the use amount is 500-1000g/hm?.
Compared with prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) The invention improves the efficacy of preventing and controlling asparagus stem blight through the synergistic effect of chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim and active extracts of Chinese herbal medicine, so that the product has significant efficacy of preventing asparagus stem blight, changes the technical drawbacks of preventing asparagus stem blight with chemical agents or changing the growth conditions of bitter bamboo shoots in the existing technology, reduces the residues of Chinese medicine in the asparagus planting process, has a wide application range, and has significant yield increasing effect, it can significantly improve the food safety and planting efficiency of asparagus; (2) The product of the present invention is green and environmentally friendly, and the main raw materials used are chitosan oligosaccharides and active ingredients of
Chinese herbal medicine, which have less secondary pollution to the agricultural growth environment; (3) The invention combines carbendazim, which is quickly sterilized, with chitosan oligosaccharide and active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine, which can not only play a role in rapidly inhibiting stem blight, but also can inhibit the reoccurrence of stem blight for a long time; (4) The invention mainly contains chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim and active extract of Chinese herbal medicine. The three substances work together and have significant synergistic effect, which makes the biological pesticide of the invention have significant effect in preventing asparagus stem blight, improving asparagus yield and quality, and has achieved the technical effect of “1+1>2";
(5) The raw materials of the active extract of the Chinese herbal medicine in tHéJ504685 present invention are Peucedanum, Houttuynia cordata, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
Peucedanum can disperse wind heat, while Houttuynia cordata can clear heat and detoxify, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis can blend various herbs; the experimental results indicate that a single Chinese herbal medicine has no significant effect on preventing asparagus stem blight. After a reasonable combination of Peucedanum, Houttuynia cordata and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, it can play a certain role in preventing asparagus stem blight. More importantly, it can significantly promote the effectiveness of the product of the present invention in preventing asparagus stem blight.
In the following examples, the active extracts of Chinese herbal medicines are prepared by the following process: crushing the raw materials of Chinese herbal medicines with impurities removed, passing 100 mesh, adding purified water that is 5 times the amount of the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials, adding cellulase accounting for 5% and xylanase accounting for 3% of the mass ratio of Chinese herbal medicines, and controlling the temperature for 50-60 DEG C and enzymatically hydrolyzing for 12h under the condition of ultrasonic assistance; after enzymatic hydrolysis, filtration is carried out, and the filtrate is the active extract of Chinese herbal medicine.
In the following embodiments, the molecular weight of chitosan oligosaccharides is around 1500Da; the above carbendazim is 50% wettable powder.

Its preventing and controlling effect on stem blight was 25.37%, but compared with Embodiments 1-3, the difference was significant; the Control Embodiment 3 only contains carbendazim, and does not contain active extract of Chinese herbal medicine and chitosan oligosaccharide. Its preventing and controlling effect on stem blight is 19.91%, but the difference is significant compared with Embodiments 1-3; comprehensive comparison of the control effect of the ratio of 1-3 on asparagus stem blight shows that chitosan oligosaccharide, carbendazim and active extract of Chinese herbal medicine have significant synergistic effect, and the technical effect of “1+1>2” on the control of asparagus stem blight has been achieved. At the same time, the experimental results also indicate that the product of the present invention has significant effects on increasing the yield of asparagus, and changing the composition of the product raw materials will significantly reduce the growth promoting effect of the product (P<0.01). After comprehensive comparison, it is determined that
Embodiment 1 is the best embodiment of the present invention.
To analyze the influence of the composition of Chinese herbal medicine raw materials on the prevention and control effect of biological pesticide asparagus disease, the experimental results of the Control Embodiments of groups 4-7 show that changing the composition of Chinese herbal medicine raw materials will significantly reduce the prevention and control effect of biological pesticide on asparagus stem blight. Although
Peucedanum, Houttuynia cordata and liquorice have certain synergistic effects on strengthening the prevention and control effect of biological pesticide, the synergistic effect between Peucedanum, Houttuynia cordata and liquorice is the fundamental504685 reason for the prevention and control of asparagus stem blight using Chinese herbal materials.
The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention and not to limit it; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, ordinary technical personnel in this field can still modify the technical solution recorded in the aforementioned embodiments or equivalently replace some of the technical features; and these modifications or replacements do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution deviate from the spirit and scope of the technical solution required to be protected by the present invention.
