BL-5666
[0040] Further, 1906017
[0041] according to an optional embodiment, the subterranean pest clearing assembly 1 includes an external protective shell 11, insulation rods 12, and conductive spikes 13. The insulation rods 12 are fixedly disposed on lower sides of two ends of the external protective shell 11. The conductive spikes 13 are fixedly connected to inner sides of bottom ends of the insulation rods 12.
[0042] According to this embodiment, in use, the whole pest clearing device 001 needs to be connected to another machine through the external protective shell 11 in the subterranean pest clearing assembly 1. The external protective shell 11 may be fixed to a boom of an excavator with a bucket removed, so that the excavator drives the pest clearing device 001 to move through the external protective shell 11. Alternatively, other ways that facilitate movement of the pest clearing device 001 may also be adopted. While moving downward, the external protective shell 11 may drive the insulation rods 12, so as to drive the conductive spikes 13 to move downward, the conductive spikes 13 pierce into the soil near the roots of rice, and pests or pest eggs in the soil may be electrocuted due to the electrical conductivity of the conductive spikes 13.
[0043] It is to be noted that the conductive spikes 13 need to be externally connected to an electric shock fishing machine, so that the conductive spikes 13 may release high voltage electricity.
[0044] It is also to be noted that since rice is grown in rows, with a certain spacing between each row of rice, every row of rice needs to be located between two rows of conductive spikes 13 in the pest clearing device 001.
[0045] It is to be understood that rice is a crop capable of withstanding electric shocks and may not die even if rice is struck by lightning, and that the yield of a rice field struck by lightning may be better because the lightning strike may kill pests in the rice field. Therefore, the pest clearing device 001 is not only suitable for rice fields, but also suitable for other crops capable of withstanding electric shocks.
[0046] Furthermore,
[0047] according to an optional embodiment, the rice pest clearing assembly 2 includes transverse connection plates 21, a longitudinal connection plate 22, containing pipes 7
BL-5666 23, high-pressure air pipes 24, extension springs 25, sliding ventilation blocks 26, elastic 7504017 conductors 27, and insulation guide parts 28. Two ends of the transverse connection plates 21 are fixedly mounted on an outer side of a bottom end of the external protective shell 11. The longitudinal connection plate 22 is fixedly connected to central positions of one ends of the transverse connection plates 21. The plurality of containing pipes 23 are fixedly connected to an outer side of a bottom end of the longitudinal connection plate 22. The high-pressure air pipes 24 fixedly communicate with inner sides of top ends of the containing pipes 23. Outer sides of one ends of the high-pressure air pipes 24 are mounted on an inner side of the longitudinal connection plate 22. The other ends of the high-pressure air pipes 24 are exposed out of the longitudinal connection plate 22. The extension springs 25 are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the top ends of the containing pipes 23. The sliding ventilation blocks 26 are fixedly connected to the other ends of the extension springs 25. The plurality of elastic conductors 27 are fixedly connected to outer sides of bottom ends of the sliding ventilation blocks 26. The insulation guide parts 28 are fixedly connected to outer sides of one ends of the elastic conductors 27.
[0048] According to this embodiment, on the basis of making each row of rice be located between two rows of conductive spikes 13 in the pest clearing device 001, in order to kill pests or pest eggs on the rice, the other ends of the high-pressure air pipes 24 communicate with an external high-pressure air pump, and the high-pressure air pump delivers high-pressure air into the containing pipes 23 through the high-pressure air pipes 24.
Under the influence of air pressure, the sliding ventilation blocks 26 may be pushed by the high-pressure air, so that the sliding ventilation blocks 26 overcome the elastic force of the extension springs 25 to move. Due to movement of the sliding ventilation blocks 26, the elastic conductors 27 may be driven to stretch out of the containing pipes 23, so that the elastic conductors 27 may stretch out to make contact with rice. Since the elastic conductors 27 have good electrical conductivity, high voltage electricity may be introduced to rice through the elastic conductors 27 to kill the pests or pest eggs on rice. Vent holes are provided in central positions of the sliding ventilation blocks 26, so that air inside the containing pipes 23 may be blown out of the vent holes in the sliding ventilation blocks 26. By means of the insulation guide parts 28, since the insulation guide parts 28 may swing randomly under the 8
BL-5666 influence of air turbulence when air is blown to the insulation guide parts 28, the insulation 1906017 guide parts 28 may drive the elastic conductors 27 to swing randomly, the elastic conductors 27 may not stay at the same position of rice, and finally the efficiency of killing insects may be improved.
[0049] It is to be noted that the sliding ventilation blocks 26 need to slide only after the conductive spikes 13 pierce into the soil, the sliding ventilation blocks 26 may drive the elastic conductors 27 to stretch out, and then the elastic conductors 27 may be close to the roots of rice, so that the elastic conductors 27 stretch out conveniently, and the influence of rice leaves on stretching of the elastic conductors 27 is reduced. In addition, after staying for a suitable period of time, the pest clearing device 001 may move upward, then the elastic conductors 27 may move together, and pests may be electrocuted for rice continuously from bottom to top due to movement of the elastic conductors 27.
[0050] It is to be understood that when delivery of the high-pressure air through the high-pressure air pipes 24 is stopped, the air pressure inside the containing pipes 23 may be the same as the external atmospheric pressure, and then the extension springs 25 may drive the sliding ventilation blocks 26 to move upward back to the original position.
[0051] Furthermore,
[0052] according to an optional embodiment, the lifting and mounting assembly 3 includes hydraulic telescopic cylinders 31, a longitudinal bracket 32, triangular brackets 33, first rotating shafts 34, closure plates 35, and supporting housings 36. Outer sides of top ends of the hydraulic telescopic cylinders 31 are fixedly connected to a lower side of a top end of the external protective shell 11. The longitudinal bracket 32 is fixedly connected to tail ends of telescopic spindles of the hydraulic telescopic cylinders 31. The triangular brackets 33 are fixedly connected to outer sides of two ends of the longitudinal bracket 32. The first rotating shafts 34 are rotatably connected to inner sides of two ends of the triangular brackets 33. The closure plates 35 are fixedly connected to outer sides of one ends of the first rotating shafts 34. Every two closure plates 35 symmetrically disposed on a front side and a rear side are fixedly connected through the corresponding supporting housing 36.
[0053] According to an optional embodiment, each of the pest collection assemblies 4 includes a pest suction bin 41, a first hard pipe 42, a telescopic corrugated pipe 43, and a 9
BL-5666 second hard pipe 44. The pest suction bin 41 is fixedly mounted on an inner side of a top end 1906017 of the corresponding supporting housing 36. Pest suction through holes are provided in an arc surface of the pest suction bin 41. An inner side of a top end of the pest suction bin 41 fixedly communicates with the first hard pipe 42. The telescopic corrugated pipe 43 is fixedly connected to an outer side of a top end of the first hard pipe 42. The second hard pipe 44 is fixedly connected to an outer side of a top end of the telescopic corrugated pipe 43. An outer end face of one end of the second hard pipe 44 is fixedly connected to an inner side of the top end of the external protective shell 11.
[0054] According to this embodiment, in order to better kill pests on rice, in addition to electric shocks, physical methods are also required. Similarly, each row of rice is located between two rows of conductive spikes 13 in the pest clearing device 001, the longitudinal bracket 32 is driven to move downward through the hydraulic telescopic cylinders 31, the longitudinal bracket 32 may drive the triangular brackets 33 so as to drive the first rotating shafts 34 to move, the first rotating shafts 34 may drive the closure plates 35 so as to drive the supporting housings 36 to move downward, the supporting housings 36 may drive the pest suction bins 41 to move downward, and accordingly the supporting housings 36 on the left side and the right side are symmetrically disposed on the two sides of the rows of rice. Tail ends of the second hard pipes 44 need to communicate with an external large-scale dust suction device which may be mounted at the top end of the external protective shell 11. Due to the suction force produced by the large-scale dust suction device, pest eggs or pest on rice are sucked via the pest suction through holes in the arc surfaces of the pest suction bins 41, and enter the large-scale dust suction device along the first hard pipes 42, the telescopic corrugated pipes 43, and the second hard pipes 44 in sequence. Therefore, the pest clearing effect is improved.
[0055] It is to be noted that similarly, the pest suction bins 41 also suck pests or pest eggs from bottom to top, however, the positions of the pest suction bins 41 may be adjusted through the hydraulic telescopic cylinders 31, so that relative positions are adjusted based on the height of rice.
[0056] It is to be understood that during position adjustment of the pest suction bins 41, the distance between the pest suction bins 41 and the external protective shell 11 may
BL-5666 change, and the second hard pipes 44 may be well connected to the first hard pipes 42 1906017 through the telescoping property of the telescopic corrugated pipes 43.
[0057] Furthermore,
[0058] according to an optional embodiment, each of the reinforced clearing assemblies 6 includes a motor fixing bracket 61, a drive motor 62, a driving pulley 63, a drive belt 64, a driven rotating wheel 65, a rotating rod 66, and a brush wheel 67. One end of the motor fixing bracket 61 is fixedly mounted on an outer side of one end of the corresponding supporting housing 36. The drive motor 62 is fixedly connected to an inner side of one end of the motor fixing bracket 61. The driving pulley 63 is fixedly connected to a tail end of a spindle of the drive motor 62. The drive belt 64 is rotatably connected to an outer side of one end of the driving pulley 63. The driven rotating wheel 65 is rotatably connected to an inner side of the other end of the drive belt 64. The rotating rod 66 is fixedly connected to a central position of an outer side of one end of the driven rotating wheel 65. Outer sides of two ends of the rotating rod 66 are rotatably connected to inner sides of bottom ends of the closure plates 35. The brush wheel 67 is fixedly connected to an outer side of one end of the rotating rod 66.
[0059] According to this embodiment, in order to improve the pest suction effect of the pest suction bins 41, the reinforced clearing assemblies 6 for cleaning off pests on rice are additionally provided. By powering on the drive motors 62, the drive motors 62 may drive the driving pulleys 63 to rotate after being powered on. The driving pulleys 63 may drive the drive belts 64 so as to drive the driven rotating wheels 65 to rotate. The driven rotating wheels 65 may drive the rotating rods 66 so as to drive the brush wheels 67 to rotate.
Stubborn pests on rice may be cleaned off through brushes on the brush wheels 67 to be separated from rice. The pests cleaned off are just sucked by the pest suction bins 41, so that pests or pest eggs may be collected.
[0060] It is to be noted that the brushes on the brush wheels 67 needs to be long so as to be close to the pest suction bins 41. However, the distance between the brush wheels 67 and the inner sides of the supporting housings 36 needs to be small, so that during rotation of the brush wheels 67, brushes on upper sides of the brush wheels 67 may firstly convey pests brushed away to positions close to the pest suction bins 41, pests not thrown off the brushes 11
BL-5666 of the brush wheels 67 may continue to rotate along with the brush wheels 67, and when the 1906017 brushes on the brush wheels 67 drive the pests to positions close to the supporting housings 36, the pests may be thrown against the supporting housings 36 due to inertia so as to be skilled. In addition, as the supporting housings 36 are close to the brush wheels 67, even some pests are not killed, the pests may continue to move along with rotation of the brush wheels 67, and when the brush wheels 67 drive the pests to move to positions closest to the supporting housings 36, the distance is so small that the pests on the brush wheels 67 are squeezed and killed.
[0061] It is to be understood that the brush wheels 67 on the left side and the right side rotate in opposite directions, but the brushes on the brush wheels 67 both clean off pests on rice upwards when being in contact with rice.
[0062] Furthermore,
[0063] according to an optional embodiment, each of the adjustment assemblies 5 includes a second rotating shaft 51, an electric telescopic rod 52, and a third rotating shaft 53.
An outer side of one end of the second rotating shaft 51 is rotatably connected to an inner side of one end of the corresponding triangular bracket 33. The electric telescopic rod 52 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the other end of the second rotating shaft 51. The third rotating shaft 53 is fixedly connected to the other end of the electric telescopic rod 52. The other end of the third rotating shaft 53 is rotatably connected to an inner side of one end of the corresponding closure plate 35.
[0064] According to this embodiment, in order to prevent the brush wheels 67 in the reinforced clearing assemblies 6 from pushing rice downward to break or damage the rice during downward movement of the reinforced clearing assemblies 6, the electric telescopic rods 52 may stretch to drive the third rotating shafts 53 to move during downward movement of the reinforced clearing assemblies 6, the third rotating shafts 53 may drive the closure plates 35 to rotate around the first rotating shafts 34, then the closure plates 35 drive the bottoms of the supporting housings 36 to expand, and the spacing between the brush wheels 67 of the reinforced clearing assemblies 6 may be increased due to expansion of the bottoms of the supporting housings 36, so that the brush wheels 67 may not damage rice when moving downward. 12
BL-5666
[0065] It is to be noted that since the spacing between the brush wheels 67 of the 1906017 reinforced clearing assemblies 6 may be increased due to expansion of the bottoms of the supporting housings 36, if a growing spacing of rice is large, the spacing between the brush wheels 67 of the reinforced clearing assemblies 6 may be fixed at this angle.
