1. Zusammensetzung eines =…Gewinderohr-Luftvorwärmers und einer Rohrmembran aus einer TGr-Titan-Membran auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis, gekennzeichnet durch Aufweisen eines Basisrohrs und einer TGr-Titan- Membranschicht auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis, wobei die Außenseite des Basisrohrs mit der TGr-Titan-Membranschicht auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis versehen ist.
2. Zusammensetzung eines Gewinderohr-Luftvorwarmers und einer Rohrmembran aus einer TGr-Titan-Membran auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewichtsprozentsatz der Hauptkomponenten der TGr-Titan-Dünnschicht auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis TGr- 50 10 %, MnO2 5 %, CuO 9 %, NiO 3 %, LICO3 2 %, B203 6 %, TiO2 9 %, Pb203 2 %, MgO2 5 %, K20 5 %, SiOz 44 % beträgt.

Verfahrenstechnologie einer Zusammensetzung eines Gewinderohr- Luftvorwärmers und einer Rohrmembran aus einer TGr-Titan-Membran auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die folgenden Schritte umfasst: Herstellung von aufgeladenem TGr-Titan- Pulver auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis, Vorbehandlung, Prägen, automatisches Sprühen, Sintern, Abkühlen und Walzen und Zusammenbau.
4. Zusammensetzung eines =…Gewinderohr-Luftvorwärmers und einer Rohrmembran aus einer TGr-Titan-Membran auf Kupfer-Chrom-Basis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Basisrohr um ein Gewinderohr handelt und Gewinde an der Innenwand und der Außenwand des Basisrohrs angeordnet sind.
