TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The invention relates to the field of book printing, and particularly relates to a book pressing and diverting device.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] With the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to children’s education, and many parents will buy different types of children's books for children to read. In production of children's books, produced printed books will be pressed uniformly to reinforce the books, thereby avoiding the situation that pages of a book fall off due to inadequate pressing.
[03] In production of existing books, in operation of assembling pages and a casing together, at present, glue is brushed on a corresponding part of the casing by manual operation, then fits with the pages, and then pressing is performed by means of other appliances, which guarantees fastening combination of the casing and the pages. However, a pressing station is usually realized by using a simple pressing fixture, a pressing process is relatively long, and pressing efficiency of a single process is low, so that there is no way to realize efficient and stable production.
SUMMARY
[04] In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a book pressing and diverting device, which can improve book pressing efficiency, achieves efficient and stable book production, and meanwhile, improves a machine utilization rate.
[05] The invention provides a book pressing and diverting device, including a diverting device and book pressing mechanisms, the diverting device being provided at front ends of the book pressing mechanisms.
[06] The diverting device is configured to align books by flapping, can drive the books to slide left and right and convey the books to the book pressing mechanisms.
[07] The book pressing mechanism is configured to press the books, a plurality of the book pressing mechanisms are provided, and each press the books conveyed by the diverting device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[30] As shown in FIG. 1, the invention discloses a book pressing and diverting device, including a feeding and conveying device 1, a diverting device 2 and book pressing mechanisms 3. The feeding and conveying device 1, the diverting device 2 and the book pressing mechanisms 3 are successively connected end to end, the feeding and conveying device 1 is configured to feed and convey books, the diverting device 2 is provided at a front end of the feeding and conveying device 1, and the diverting device 2 is configured to align the books conveyed by the feeding and conveying device 1 and divert the books to the book pressing mechanisms 3 for book pressing.

[39] As shown in FIG. 5, at least two book pressing mechanisms 3 are provided, and in the present embodiment, two book pressing mechanisms are provided, the two book pressing mechanisms 3 are a first book pressing mechanism 31 and a second book pressing mechanism 32, respectively, the first book pressing mechanism 31 and the second book pressing mechanism 32 are provided side by side on left and right sides; providing the first book pressing mechanism and the second book pressing mechanism can improve the book pressing efficiency; and the first book pressing mechanism and the second book pressing mechanism have a same structure.
