Claims (7)

Patentanspriiche LU501327
1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines stark hydrophoben stärkebasierten Strohhalms, folgende Schritte umfassend: (1) Mischen durch Zugeben von Stärke und Nanosilica in einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmischer, Öffnen eines Zusatzmittelventils und langsames Zugeben von Wasser zu dem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmischer zum Rühren bei niedriger Drehzahl; nach dem Zugeben von Wasser SchlieBen des Ventils und schnelles Rühren der Materialien; Offnen eines Ablassventils, Verpacken und Aufstellen der gemischten Materialien; (2) Extrusionsbehandeln durch gleichmäBiges Zuführen der in Schritt (1) erlangten Materialien zu einem Doppelschneckenextrusionssatz über ein Einzelschneckenzuführsystem und Einstellen einer Zuführschneckendrehzahl, einer Extrusionsschneckendrehzahl und Temperaturen von einer Zone eins bis Zone vier in einer Trommel des Extrusionssatzes; Durchführen der Extrusion über einen Formkopf zum Formen eines Schlauchrohlings; (3) Schneiden durch Kühlen des in Schritt (2) erlangten Schlauchrohlings durch einen Bläser, der an einer Fôrdervorrichtung bereitgestellt ist, und Durchführen der Schneidbehandlung nach dem Kühlen; (4) hydrophobes Modifizieren mittels Dampfprozess durch Anordnen des in Schritt (3) geschnittenen Strohhalms in einen geschlossenen Behälter, der eine ausreichende Menge an Hexamethyldisilazan-Lôsung enthält, und Anordnen des geschlossenen Behälters in einem Trocknungsofen; Durchführen der hydrophoben Modifikation an der Oberfläche des Strohhalms mithilfe von Hexamethyldisilazan-Dampf und Abkühlen auf Raumtemperatur nach der Reaktion, um einen stark hydrophoben stärkebasierten Strohhalm zu erlangen.
2. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Nanosilica aus Schritt (1) in einer Menge von 2-10 % der Stärke verwendet wird und das Wasser in einer Menge von 25-40 % der Stärke verwendet wird.
3. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Rühren bei niedriger Drehzahl aus Schritt (1) bet 120-300 U/min erfolgt und die Rührdauer 5-10 min beträgt; das schnelle Rühren bei einer Drehzahl von 600-960 U/min erfolgt und die Rührdauer 5-10 min beträgt.
4. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei in Schritt (2) die Zuführschneckendrehzahl 12— U/min beträgt, die Extrusionsschneckendrehzahl 30-90 U/min beträgt und die Temperaturen von Zone eins bis Zone vier in der Trommel des Extrusionssatzes 80-90 °C, 85-105 °C, 90-
120 °C und 100-110 °C betragen.

S. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Trocknungsofen in Schritt (4) eine Temperatur von 30-50 °C aufweist.
6. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dampfbehandlungszeit in Schritt (4) 1-4 h beträgt.
7. Stark hydrophober stärkebasierter Strohhalm, hergestellt durch das Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6.
