Description

QUICK PEELING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHESTNUT PROCESSING 7500599
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to a quick peeling device and method for chestnut processing, and belongs to the technical field of chestnut peeling.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Chestnut kernels are packed with vitamins, carotene, amino acids, iron, calcium and other trace elements. Long-term consumption of chestnut kernels can achieve health benefits such as invigorating the stomach, tonifying the spleen and liver, strengthening the kidney, nourishing the skin, replenishing Qi and enriching the blood. The protein content of chestnut kernels is three times that of bananas, four times that of lychees, and nearly forty times that of apples. The phosphorus content of chestnut kernels is three times that of bananas and lychees, and eight times that of apples. The content of iron, riboflavin and vitamins in chestnut kernels is also higher than that of general nuts and fruits. These all show that chestnut kernels are nutritious. Raw chestnut kernels also have the effects of treating waist and leg pains, relaxing meridians and activating collaterals. In chestnut kernels, the high starch content provides high calories, the potassium helps maintain a normal heartbeat, and the cellulose can strengthen the intestines and keep the excretory system working normally. In chestnut processing, a high peeling speed can further improve the work efficiency. To this end, the present disclosure provides a quick peeling device for chestnut processing.
SUMMARY
[03] In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a quick peeling device and method for chestnut processing. The present disclosure achieves quick peeling of a chestnut. A chestnut shell is cut by a cutting blade, and then it is removed by rubbing in a shelling box, which achieves easy shelling and makes it hard to damage a chestnut kernel. In addition, the present disclosure well separates the chestnut kernel from the shell through a fan. The present disclosure can conveniently discharge chestnut debris in a protective cover through a guide hole, and can receive the discharged debris through a receiving box. The present disclosure sets a bottom surface of an internal chamber of a feeding box as an inclined surface inclined to a center and a bottom surface of a discharge port as an inclined surface, which facilitates the feeding of the chestnut and the discharging of the chestnut kernel and the chestnut shell. Through protrusions provided on outer walls of a rubbing rod and a spiral blade, the present disclosure can enhance the rubbing effect on the chestnut shell. In addition, the present disclosure leaves a gap between the cutting blade and a feeding pipe to prevent the cutting blade from damaging the feeding pipe.

[34] A quick peeling method for chestnut processing includes the following steps:
[35] Step 1: Feed a chestnut.
[36] Step 2: Cut a shell of the chestnut, where when the chestnut passes the cutting blade 4, the cutting blade 4 cuts the shell of the chestnut.
[37] Step 3: Remove the shell of the chestnut, where the cut shell of the chestnut is removed by the rubbing rod 12 and the spiral blade 16.
[38] Step 4: Separate a chestnut kernel from the shell, where after the shell is removed by rubbing, the chestnut kernel and the shell are subjected to winnowing of the fan 18; the chestnut kernel, which is heavier, falls to a left side of the separating plate 20, and the chestnut shell, which is lighter, falls to a right side of the separating plate 20.
[39] The working principle of the present disclosure is as follows. The chestnut is fed into the feeding box 1, and it is dropped into the feeding pipe 2 through the action of gravity and the inclined structure of the bottom surface of the internal chamber of the feeding box 1. The first motor 6 is turned on, such that the first rotating shaft 7 drives the cutting blade 4 to rotate and cut the shell of the passing chestnut. The chestnut with the shell cut falls into the shelling box 8. The second motor 10 and the third motor 14 are turned on, such that the second rotating shaft 11 drives the rubbing rod 12 to rotate and the third rotating shaft 15 drives the spiral blade 16 to rotate, so as to remove the shell of the chestnut that falls into the shelling box 8. Then the chestnut kernel and the shell are Que by the two sets of spiral blades 16, and are discharged through the discharge port 17. The fan 18 is turned on, and the discharged chestnut kernel and shell are winnowed. The heavier chestnut kernel falls to the left side of the separating plate 20, and the lighter chestnut shell falls to the right side of the separating plate 20. The present disclosure achieves quick peeling of the chestnut. The chestnut shell is cut by the cutting blade 4, and then it is removed by rubbing in the shelling box 8, which achieves easy shelling and makes it hard to damage the chestnut kernel. In addition, the present disclosure well separates the chestnut kernel from the shell through the fan 18. The present disclosure can conveniently discharge chestnut debris in the protective cover 3 through the guide hole 23, and can receive the discharged debris through the receiving box 24. The present disclosure sets the bottom surface of the internal chamber of the feeding box 1 as an inclined surface inclined to a center and the bottom surface of the discharge port 17 as an inclined surface, which facilitates the feeding of the chestnut and the discharging of the chestnut kernel and the chestnut shell. Through the protrusions provided on the outer walls of the rubbing rod 12 and the spiral blade 16, the present disclosure can enhance the rubbing effect on the chestnut shell. In addition, the present disclosure leaves a gap between the cutting blade 4 and the feeding pipe 2 to prevent the cutting blade 4 from damaging the feeding pipe 2.
[40] The above described are the preferred implementations of the present disclosure, and those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure belongs may further make changes and modifications to the above implementations. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the above specific implementations, and any obvious improvements, replacements or modifications made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present disclosure should fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
