Abstract
The present disclosure provides a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, an auxiliary motion system and a working method, relating to the field of medical equipment. The device comprises a flexible sleeve with an electric heating mechanism, the sleeve cooperates with a bracket, a reel parallel to a bus of an outer wall of the sleeve is arranged on the bracket in a rotating fit manner, the reel and the sleeve jointly cooperate with a restraint strap, one end of the restraint strap is fixed to an outside surface of the sleeve, the other end is wound on the sleeve and then on the reel, and the reel is used to tighten or release the part of the restraint strap wound on the reel by means of rotation. By tightening or releasing the part of the restraint strap wound on the reel, the restraint strap applies pressure to the affected limb through the sleeve or reduces the pressure applied to the affected limb; the electric heating mechanism applies hot compress to the affected limb, so as to increase the temperature at the edema part of the affected limb and promote the edema elimination of the affected limb; the restraint strap is configured to compress the affected limb when the edema occurs initially, and the degree of edema is reduced through the external pressure, thereby effectively preventing the continued expansion of the edema part and shortening the recovery cycle of the edema.
Description
DEVICE FOR PREVENTING AND ELIMINATING EDEMA OF AFFECTED 191988 LIMB, AUXILIARY MOTION SYSTEM AND WORKING METHOD Field of the Invention The present disclosure relates to the field of medical equipment, and particularly to a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, an auxiliary motion system and a working method.
Background of the Invention The statement of this section merely provides the background art related to the present disclosure, and does not necessarily constitute the prior art.
Lymphedema refers to a disease that lymphatic return is blocked or reduced in soft tissues.
The lymphedema after breast cancer surgery is generally believed to be caused by the fact that axillary lymph node dissection disrupts the lymphatic pathway of return from the upper limb to the armpit.
Proteins are accumulated in the tissues, so that the osmotic pressure increases to absorb water and cause lymphedema of the affected limb.
The main manifestations are: subcutaneous fiber, fat and tissue hyperplasia, and thickened limb.
If the patient overuses the affected limb after the surgery, the edema will be gradually aggravated.
Even if the edema is eliminated by massage and the application of bagged mirabilite, the edema will become fibrotic to form scar tissues.
Lymphedema on the upper side of the affected limb seriously affects the life quality of the patient.
It not only brings physical pain and movement disorders to the patient, but also brings a huge psychological shadow to the patient.
The inventors found that there are many ways to eliminate the edema of the affected limb, for example, using bagged mirabilite or Chinese medicine to eliminate the edema, but the edema will still recur after the elimination; for example, postoperative rehabilitation motions such as gymnastics to accelerate the blood circulation and eliminate the edema, but it is difficult to control the activity intensity during the rehabilitation motion and the pain of the affected limb is stimulated.
The existing edema elimination methods mostly eliminate the edema after it occurs, and cannot pee ———
prevent the edema, resulting in slow elimination of the edema and long recovery LUT01988 period of the patient. Summary of the Invention The objectives of the present disclosure are to provide a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, an auxiliary motion system and a working method against the defects in the prior art. An electric heating mechanism applies hot compress to the affected limb to increase the temperature at the edema part of the affected limb, thereby accelerating the blood circulation and promoting the edema elimination of the affected limb; in addition, a restraint strap is configured to compress the affected limb when the edema occurs initially, and the degree of edema is reduced through the external pressure, thereby effectively preventing the continued thickening of the edema part and shortening the recovery cycle of the edema. The first objective of the present disclosure is to provide a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, which adopts the following technical solution: The device includes a flexible sleeve with an electric heating mechanism, the sleeve cooperates with a bracket, a reel parallel to a bus of an outer wall of the sleeve is arranged on the bracket in a rotating fit manner, the reel and the sleeve jointly cooperate with a restraint strap, one end of the restraint strap is fixed to an outside surface of the sleeve, the other end is wound on the sleeve and then on the reel, and the reel is used to tighten or release the part of the restraint strap wound on the reel by means of rotation. Further, two sets of sleeves connected to each other are provided, the two sets of sleeves cooperate with corresponding brackets, reels and restraint straps, and the reels are adjusted by the corresponding restraint straps acting on the corresponding sleeves. The second objective of the present disclosure is to provide an auxiliary motion system for an affected limb, which adopts the following technical solution: The auxiliary motion system includes the above-mentioned device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, a plurality of mechanical sensors are installed on the inside of the sleeve, the reel cooperates with the driving mechanism, the
DL mechanical sensors and the driving mechanism are connected to a controller, and the LU101988 controller controls the operation of the driving mechanism according to the pressure change data inside the reel measured by the first sensor. Further, the two brackets corresponding to the two sleeves are hinged through an auxiliary bracket, an auxiliary driving mechanism electrically connected to the controller is fitted at the hinged joint, and the auxiliary driving mechanism adjusts the angle between the two brackets through the auxiliary bracket.
Further, the end of one sleeve away from the other sleeve is connected with a shoulder fixing sleeve through an upper arm patch, the shoulder fixing sleeve is connected with a back patch, and two strain gauges arranged parallel to each other are connected between the shoulder patch and the back patch and electrically connected to the controller.
Further, the bracket includes two fixing rings and a connecting rod, the two fixing rings are respectively fixed to both ends of the corresponding sleeve, the two fixing rings are connected by the connecting rod, and the reel cooperates with the connecting rod coaxially.
The third objective of the present disclosure is to provide a working method using the above-mentioned auxiliary motion system for an affected limb, including the following steps: putting the two sleeves on the upper arm and lower arm of the affected limb respectively before surgery, placing the shoulder fixing sleeve on the shoulder of the affected limb, attaching the back patch to the patient’s back, and placing the hinged joint of the brackets at the elbow; recording initial data of the mechanical sensors and the strain gauges, and removing the sleeves from the affected limb; wearing the auxiliary motion system for an affected limb on the affected limb according to the preoperative method after the surgery, acquiring the pressure states inside the sleeves in real time by the mechanical sensors, and acquiring the force conditions in real time by the strain gauges; determining that edema will occur on the affected limb when the peripheral pressure
ML of the affected limb in the sleeve is continuously increased; LU101988 driving, by the driving mechanism, the reel to wind the restraint strap, thereby tightening the reel, increasing the pressure on the affected limb, and preventing excessive edema; and activating the electric heating mechanism when the edema of the affected limb has occurred, to relieve the edema of the affected limb. Further, the working method further includes: determining that the affected limb needs to be curled when the mechanical sensor corresponding to the bicipital muscle region of the upper arm of the affected limb measures a sudden change in pressure, or when the force conditions of the two strain gauges are different; and driving, by the auxiliary driving mechanism, the affected limb to move through the bracket to realize auxiliary output for the curling of the affected limb. Further, when the peripheral pressure of the affected limb is gradually reduced to a normal value, it is determined that the edema of the affected limb has been eliminated; and the driving mechanism drives the reel to rotate reverse, and the restraint strap is released, thereby reducing the pressure on the affected limb. Compared with the prior art, the advantages and positive effects of the present disclosure are: (1) The internal pressure conditions of the sleeve are monitored by the mechanical sensors to prejudge the occurrence of edema. Pressure is applied to the sleeve through the restraint strap, thereby pre-compressing the affected limb, reducing the degree of edema, and alleviating the diffusion of lymph caused by the increase in osmotic pressure of the affected limb, and shortening the recovery time. (2) When the edema has occurred, the electric heating mechanism wound on the outside of the sleeve can accelerate the blood circulation of the edema-affected limb through hot compresses, thereby increasing the absorption speed of lymph in the limb. At the same time, the sleeve is tightened by the restraint strap to slow down the diffusion of lymph, thereby achieving the effect of quickly eliminating the edema.
(3) It can assist the patient's affected limb to move while protecting the affected limb; LU101988 when the patient's affected limb is moving, the muscle tension causes the force measuring units to sense force changes, the restraint straps are tightened, and the auxiliary driving mechanism drives the affected limb to move, so as to assist the 5 patient to implement the action. (4) The lifting motion of the upper arm is monitored by using the strain gauges. When the arm muscles of the patient's affected limb are inconvenient to move, the joint motion of the shoulder is monitored, and the force deviation of the two strain gauges is used as the basis for determining the motion of the upper arm, so that the monitoring and assistance of arm motion can be achieved more conveniently. As described in the background art, there are many ways to eliminate edema in the prior art, but bagged mirabilite or Chinese medicines used to eliminate the edema have big side effects after the elimination; as for postoperative rehabilitation motions such as gymnastics used to accelerate the blood circulation and eliminate the edema, it LU101988 is difficult to control the activity intensity during the rehabilitation motion and the pain of the affected limb is stimulated.
In view of the above problems, the present disclosure puts forward a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb, an auxiliary motion system and a working method.
Embodiment 1 In a typical embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3-7, a device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb is put forward.
The device mainly includes a flexible sleeve 1 that fits and restrains the affected limb, a bracket 2 installed on the sleeve, and a restraint strap 9 that cooperates with the bracket 2 and the sleeve.
The sleeve is of a flexible structure, can be sleeved on the affected limb and fits the affected limb.
A number of mechanical sensors 6 are arranged on the sleeve to measure pressure changes of the affected limb in the sleeve due to edema, and the edema state of the affected limb is judged based on the changes.
An electric heating mechanism 8 is wrapped on the outside of the sleeve to apply hot compress to the edema of the affected limb; the bracket cooperates with the sleeve, the bracket is provided with a reel 202 that rotates around an axis, and the reel cooperates with the sleeve through the restraint strap; one end of the restraint strap is wound on the sleeve, the other end is wound on the reel, the middle part is tight, and the amount of the restraint strap wound on the reel is adjusted to adjust the pressure applied by the reel to the edema arm.
Specifically, the sleeve is made of a flexible skin-friendly material, directly contacts the affected limb, has good air permeability, and is used as a sleevelet to cover the edema of the affected limb.
The mechanical sensors are pasted and fixed to the inside of the sleeve.
The electric heating mechanism may be a silicone heating tape, which can generate heat to be transferred to the sleeve after being energized, thereby acting on the affected limb for hot compress, improving blood circulation at the edema of the affected limb, accelerating the elimination of edema, and reducing the pain and A.
| 8 inconvenience caused by promoting the blood circulation. LUT01988 When the edema has occurred, the electric heating mechanism wound on the outside of the sleeve can accelerate the blood circulation of the edema-affected limb through hot compresses, thereby increasing the absorption speed of lymph in the affected limb. | At the same time, the sleeve is tightened by the restraint strap to slow down the | diffusion of lymph, thereby achieving the effect of quickly eliminating the edema. | The restraint strap is wound on the outside of the sleeve to form a winding structure. When the other end of the restraint strap is tightened, the sleeve does not rotate. Due to the superimposed force of the winding, the restraint strap produces a surrounding extrusion force on the sleeve. Accordingly, the restraining extrusion force is applied to the affected limb to actively compress the affected limb. By applying pressure to the affected limb, the degree of edema is reduced, thereby increasing the speed of subsequent edema elimination. The bracket includes two fixing rings 201 and a connecting rod, the two fixing rings are respectively fixed to both ends of the sleeve, and the two fixing rings are connected by the connecting rod. The reel coaxially cooperates with the connecting rod, and the length of the restraint strap in the axial direction of the reel is greater than the length of an edema range of the affected limb, such that the function range of the restraint strap covers the edema range. A driving mechanism drives the reel through a transmission mechanism. In this embodiment, the driving mechanism may be a motor, which cooperates with the reel through belt transmission, thereby driving the reel to rotate to tighten or release the restraint strap. Further, two sets of sleeves connected to each other are provided, the two sets of sleeves cooperate with corresponding brackets, reels and restraint straps, and the reels are adjusted by the corresponding restraint straps acting on the corresponding sleeves. The two sleeves are respectively sleeved on the upper arm and lower arm of the affected limb; and the two sleeves cooperate with corresponding brackets and restraint straps, respectively. The reels roll up the restraint straps to exert pressure on the
DO affected limb, or the reels release the restraint straps to reduce the pressure on the LU101988 affected limb. Embodiment 2 In another typical embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1-7, an auxiliary motion system for an affected limb is provided, which uses the device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb as described in Embodiment 1. A plurality of mechanical sensors are installed on the inside of the sleeve, the reel cooperates with the driving mechanism, the mechanical sensors and the driving mechanism are connected to a controller, and the controller controls the operation of the driving mechanism according to the pressure change data inside the reel measured by the first sensor.
The adjusting reel cooperates with the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the reel to rotate forward or reverse, the driving mechanism and the mechanical sensors are jointly electrically connected with the controller, and a power supply supplies energy for each element through the controller.
The power supply is installed on the bracket, and its position is adjusted to no hinder to the movement of the elements and the affected limb.
There are a plurality of mechanical sensors, which are arranged at intervals and distributed on the inner wall of the sleeve; in order to ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement, the mechanical sensors are arranged around the inner wall of the sleeve to obtain pressure conditions of circumferential everywhere; the mechanical sensors and the driving mechanism are respectively connected to the controller, and the controller controls the operation of the driving mechanism according to the obtained pressure change.
It can be understood that the inside of the sleeve is preset with mounting positions, and the mechanical sensors are respectively installed corresponding to the mounting positions on the inside of the sleeve to detect the pressure information of respective force-bearing parts.
The internal pressure conditions of the sleeve are monitored by the mechanical sensors to prejudge the occurrence of edema. Pressure is applied to the sleeve through ee. |
| 10 the restraint strap, thereby pre-compressing the affected limb, reducing the degree of LU101988 edema, and alleviating the diffusion of lymph caused by the increase in osmotic pressure of the affected limb, and shortening the recovery time. The corresponding driving mechanisms are respectively driven to operate according to the pressure values measured by the corresponding mechanical sensors. The two sleeves correspond to a first driving mechanism 3 and a second driving mechanism 7, respectively. The two brackets corresponding to the two sleeves are hinged through an auxiliary bracket 10, an auxiliary driving mechanism 5 is provided at the hinged joint, and the auxiliary driving mechanism drives one bracket to rotate relative to the other bracket around the hinged joint to change the angle between the two brackets for driving the angle between the upper arm and the lower arm. The brackets, the auxiliary bracket and the auxiliary driving mechanism together constitute the auxiliary motion system, the auxiliary driving mechanism is a flat large-torque motor, and the two brackets serve as two transmission arms respectively; the flat large-torque motor is electrically connected to the controller, and the controller controls the operation of the auxiliary driving mechanism according to the data obtained by the mechanical sensors on the two sleeves, thereby increasing or reducing the angle between the two brackets.
When it is detected that the upper limb of the patient needs to exert force, the auxiliary motion system is activated, the flat large-torque motor operates, and the brackets are driven to drive the affected limb to move, so as to help patient’s activities such as lifting a heavy object.
It can assist the patient's affected limb to move while protecting the affected limb; when the patient's affected limb is moving, the muscle tension causes the force measuring units to sense force changes, the restraint straps are tightened, and the auxiliary driving mechanism drives the affected limb to move, so as to assist the patient to implement the operation.
The end of one sleeve away from the other sleeve is connected with a shoulder fixing sleeve through an upper arm patch, the shoulder fixing sleeve is connected with a back patch, and two strain gauges arranged parallel to each other are connected LU101988 between the shoulder patch and the back patch and electrically connected to the controller. The shoulder fixing sleeve 11, the back patch 12, the upper arm patch 13, and the two force strain gauges 14 form an upper arm monitoring module, which is used to determine whether the upper arm is in a horizontal rotation state or a raised state.
When the forces applied to the two strain gauges are the same, the rotation state can be determined, and the upper arm is not exerting force, so no auxiliary motion is required. When the force applied to the upper strain gauge is small and the force on the lower strain gauge is large, it can be determined as a process of raising the upper arm, and the auxiliary motion system is activated at this time.
At the same time, because the edge of the shoulder fixing sleeve is arc-shaped, the raising angle of the upper arm can be suppressed, thereby preventing the increase of edema.
The motion of the upper arm and the lower arm can be monitored. Through a certain period of detection, specific opinions and suggestions can be given to the patient according to the law of motion.
Embodiment 3 In a further typical embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG.
7, a working method of the device for preventing and eliminating edema of an affected limb is provided.
The following steps are adopted: The mechanical sensors are pasted to the designated parts of the sleeve of the affected limb to sense the force conditions of muscles and other parts of the body; The motor is installed on the bracket through a corresponding fixing frame, and a gear is installed on an output shaft of the motor; The sleeve is installed on the connecting rod through a bearing to realize rotation; A gear is installed on the top of the sleeve, a belt is installed on the outside of the gear, and the other side of the belt is fixed to the gear on the output shaft of the motor to realize belt transmission; DA.
The sleeve is sleeved on the patient's limb that needs to be prevented from LU101988 lymphedema, the outside of the sleeve is connected to the restraint strap, and the other end of the restraint strap is fixed to the sleeve by pasting or a bolt; The upper end of the auxiliary bracket is connected to the bracket;
The sleeve and bracket corresponding to the lower arm are fixed in the same way, the bracket is fitted with the second driving mechanism, the lower end of the auxiliary bracket is connected to the bracket corresponding to the lower arm, and the auxiliary bracket cooperates with the auxiliary driving mechanism;
The shoulder fixing sleeve is fixed to the junction of the lower arm and the shoulder, the upper end of the back patch is stitched on the shoulder fixing sleeve, and the rest is placed flat on the back; The upper end of the upper arm patch is also stitched on the shoulder fixing sleeve, and the rest is placed next to the upper arm.
The back patch and the upper arm patch are connected by two strain gauges, A battery is installed in a pocket on the outside of the upper arm to complete the installation.
When in use: When the patient is healthy, the patient wears the auxiliary edema elimination device, the data of each mechanical sensor is recorded at this time, and then the device is removed;
After the operation, the patient wears the device again according to the above steps, and the mechanical sensors obtain the pressure state inside the sleeve in real time;
When the peripheral pressure of the affected limb in the sleeve is continuously increased, it is determined that edema will occur on the affected limb, the motor corresponding to the driving mechanism is activated, and the restraint strap is tightened,
The driving mechanism drives the reel to wind the restraint strap, thereby tightening the reel, increasing the pressure on the affected limb, and preventing excessive edema; When the patient's edema has occurred, the outside of the restraint sleeve is wound with the silicone heating tape to relieve the edema by heating;
|
When the patient needs to lift a heavy object or do other motion, the upper arm LU101988 monitoring module and the force measuring unit detect data information, whether the motion is rotation of the upper arm that does not exert force or lifting that exerts force is determined by analyzing the data, a corresponding instruction is sent to the auxiliary motion system, and the large-torque motor is driven to rotate to achieve the effect of assisting. Specifically, when the mechanical sensor corresponding to the bicipital muscle region of the upper arm of the affected limb measures a sudden change in pressure, it is determined that the affected limb needs to be curled; The auxiliary driving mechanism drives the affected limb to move through the bracket to realize auxiliary output for the curling of the affected limb. When the peripheral pressure of the affected limb is gradually reduced to a normal value, it is determined that the edema of the affected limb has been eliminated; The driving mechanism drives the reel to rotate reverse, and the restraint strap is released, thereby reducing the pressure on the affected limb. Of course, it could be understood that a plurality of force measuring units are arranged in the circumferential direction of the sleeve. During the lifting motion, the force measuring unit of the muscle part changes most obviously; when edema occurs, the plurality of force measuring units in the circumferential direction change uniformly; and the pressure changes caused by the lifting motion and the edema are distinguished through the difference in measurement. Described above are merely preferred embodiments of the present application, and the present application is not limited thereto. Various modifications and variations may be made to the present application for those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent substitution, improvement or the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall fall into the protection scope of the present application.
