Abstract
The present invention discloses a processing machine for center blank welded rebar net, characterized in comprising a welded rebar net machine, a longitudinal rebar conveyor, a longitudinal rebar straightening mechanism, a welded rebar net cutting tool, and two parallel transverse rebar straightening and cutting tools installed at both sides of the device. In addition, the feeding of each longitudinal rebar is under the individual control of the longitudinal rebar conveyor, and each longitudinal rebar is equipped with a longitudinal rebar cutting tool. If there is no need to make openings, only one transverse rebar straightening and cutting tool should be enabled. Then, the longitudinal round rebar will be straightened and conveyed to the longitudinal rebar conveyor, and then welded in a row on the device. When an opening is needed at a point, further feeding of allocated longitudinal rebar at the designated position will be stopped, meanwhile, the rebar at a designated place will be cut off, with other longitudinal rebars keeping feeding; when these longitudinal rebars arrive at the welding part, the transverse rebar straightening and cutting tools at both sides of the device will be initiated simultaneously, so as to convey parallel allocated transverse rebars of corresponding dimensions to the designated openings. As feeding goes on, the opening that meets the requirements can be produced. By using this method, the production efficiency can be improved significantly and the accuracy of product is relatively higher.
Description
Specification A Processing Machine for Center Blank Welded Rebar Net Field of the Invention The present invention belongs to the processing field of welded rebar net, in particular to the processing of center blank welded rebar net.
Background of the Invention The welded rebar net is a kind of rebar net that the longitudinal rebar and the transverse rebar arranged at a certain distance are vertical to each other, and all the intersections are welded together via resistance spot-welding technique, which is mainly used in the reinforced concrete structure.
The center blank welded rebar net is designed to reduce the impact of projected structure and opening in the process of fixing, especially the impact of the doors and windows of the precast concrete panels for assembled housings. Openings are made in the whole rebar net to meet the structural needs. Instead, if a traditional processing method of welded rebar net is adopted, the overall rebar net has to be cut at the center manually after being fabricated, and the cut material cannot be used but to be disposed as waste. Due to the large amount of waste, this will lead to poor economic performance and low production efficiency. Previously, a method was invented to produce center blank welded rebar net via the traditional welded rebar net processing machine. It adjusted the production process by changing the longitudinal rebar from a single fixing to multiple allocation fixings. As a result, the reuse of cut transverse rebars not only met the production requirements, but also reduced the production cost. Nevertheless, as is manual placement and fixing of rebars, this method can only solve the problem of poor economic performance, rather than the problem of low production efficiency when a continuous working of the equipment.
Summary of the Invention The invention provides a processing machine for center blank welded rebar net, which is to realize automatic continuous production of center blank welded rebar net while making full use of rebar, so as to meet the requirements for production efficiency.
To achieve the automatic continuous production, the present invention provides a processing machine for center blank welded rebar net, characterized in that the longitudinal and transverse rebars both are fed in the form of round rebars, and the transverse rebars are respectively and automatically fed from both sides of the welded rebar net machine, delivered to the welding part of the device and cut as per the specified length after straightening.
The longitudinal rebar are fed by 1° the longitudinal rebar conveyor on the front of the welded rebar net machine: the longitudinal rebars are straightened and conveyed to the longitudinal rebar conveyor consisting of driving rollers and driven rollers, wherein the driving rollers are connected to a power unit as a whole, while the driven roller are individually controlled, which can move radially relative to the driving roller.
Besides, surfaces of the driving rollers and the driven rollers are coated with wear-resistant coating that increase the friction with the longitudinal rebar.
If the device is started and there is no need to make openings, only one transverse rebar straightening and cutting device should be turned on to produce transverse rebar.
At the moment, the driven rollers therein will be all pressed down, and every single longitudinal rebar will be conveyed normally by the driving/driven rollers under the action of friction, and then welded in a row.
When an opening is needed at a point, the driven roller controlling the longitudinal rebar at the designated position will be lifted first, thus preventing the longitudinal rebar from further feeding; meanwhile, the cutter in the cutting tool will drop down itself and cut off the rebar at a designated place, with other longitudinal rebars keeping feeding; when these longitudinal rebars arrive the welding part, two parallel transverse rebar straightening and cutting tools at both sides of the device will be initiated simultaneously, so as to convey parallel transverse rebars of corresponding dimensions to the designated position; at this point, longitudinal and transverse rebars outside the opening will be welded, and the electrode inside the opening will stop working.
As feeding goes on, the opening that meets the requirements can be produced.
After the production of openings is completed, the driven roller will be pressed down, and the cutter will be lifted to keep longitudinal rebars feeding again.
The rebar net production line will repeat the above steps and continue the cycle.
When one rebar net is completed in the feeding process, it will be cut off at the cutting area, thus to obtain a rebar net.
It can be seen from the above that, by using this processing machine to produce center blank welded rebar net, continuous operation for the whole process of welded rebar net production can be achieved via automatic control.
Compared to the previous manual step-by-step operation, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the whole process can be operated mechanically, and the processing accuracy of the product is improved.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments It can be seen from Fig. 2 that, a processing machine of center blank welded rebar net comprises a welded rebar net machine (6), a longitudinal rebar conveyor (7) on the front of the device (6), longitudinal rebar straightening mechanism (9), a welded rebar net cutting tool (8) at the rear of the device (6), two parallel transverse rebar straightening and cutting tools (5) installed at both sides of the device (6). In addition, the feeding of each longitudinal rebar is under the individual control of the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7), and each longitudinal rebar is equipped with a longitudinal rebar cutting tool (10).
It can be seen from Fig. 3 that, the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7) comprises a driving roller (11) and a driven roller (12). The driving roller (11) is connected to a power unit as a whole, while the driven roller (12) is an individually controlled tool which can move radially relative to the driving roller (11). The driven roller (12) in the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7) and the cutter (10a) in the cutting tool are integrated, and with a connecting rod the driven roller (12) can be detached when the cutter (10a) is running; furthermore, the driven roller (12) is pressed when the cutter (10a) is detached. Surfaces of the driving roller (11) and the driven roller (12) are coated with wear-resistant coating that increase the friction with the longitudinal rebar.
The illustrations in the attached drawings of the invention are for reference only. During actual production, the shape and location of openings in the rebar net may change to some extent, but as long as they relate to the basic principle of the invention, all are within the scope of protection of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. A processing machine for center blank welded rebar net, comprising a welded rebar net machine (6), a front longitudinal rebar conveyor (7), a longitudinal rebar straightening mechanism (9) and a rebar net cutting device (8) at the machine rear part, characterized in that two parallel transverse rebar straightening and cutting devices (5) are installed at both ends of the welded rebar net machine (6), the feeding of each longitudinal rebar is under the individual control of the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7), and each longitudinal rebar is equipped with a longitudinal rebar cutting device (10).
2. The processing machine for center blank welded rebar net according to Claim 1, characterized in that the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7) is composed of a driving roller (11) and a driven roller (12); the driving roller (11) is connected to a power unit as a whole, while the driven roller (12) is an individually controlled tool which can move radially relative to the driving roller (11).

The processing machine for center blank welded rebar net according to Claim 1, characterized in that the driven roller (12) in the longitudinal rebar conveyor (7) and the cutter (10a) in the cutting tool are integrated, and with a connecting rod the driven roller (12) can be detached while the cutter (10a) is running; furthermore, the driven roller (12) is pressed when the cutter (10a) is detached.
4. The processing machine for center blank welded rebar net according to Claim 2, characterized in that surfaces of the driving roller (11) and the driven roller (12) are coated with wear-resistant coating that increase the friction with the longitudinal rebar.
