Etat de la techniqueState of the art
With the development of electrical automation, industrial manufacturing requires the use of more and more motors. In each industry, the manufacturing intensifies in a constant manner, so that the engine is often in an overload condition and that the overheating of the engine will accelerate the aging of the manufacturing lines, accentuating the risqued "explosion of the engine to a certain state. In certain special industries, such as the industry, the environment in which the engine operates often contains many explosive mixtures. In this case, the consequences of the explosion of the engine are very serious. Many engines on the market add a protective layer to prevent the explosion of the engine, but this can only solve a small part of the problem, because this means only reduced the surrounding damage caused by the explosion of the engine. How to reduce the destructive power of the explosion and how to prevent the explosion of the engine and reduce the likelihood of the explosion? Solving both problems at the same time is a challenge that the industry faces.

To achieve these objectives above, a new type of flameproof motor is realized, comprising a motor body, an explosion-proof housing, an end cover and a circulation fan. The motor body is in the explosion-proof housing; the end cap is disposed at the end of the explosion-proof housing; the circulation fan is placed at the end of the axis of the motor body. An explosion-proof partition is installed on the inside wall of the explosion-proof housing. On the outer wall of the explosion-proof housing there is a cooling outlet and a number of air ducts are arranged in the extension direction of the cooling jacket towards the explosion-proof motor. One end of the air duct is connected to the cover, the other end is connected to the inside of the explosion-proof housing.
In addition, an air deflector is disposed on the connection between the end cap and the explosion proof housing, and a number of ventilation holes are distributed over the air baffle.
In addition, the side of the air deflector facing the explosion-proof housing is arc-shaped.
Description d’un mode de réalisation préféréDescription of a preferred embodiment
Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an embodiment of the invention, consisting of an explosion-proof motor type, which comprises: a motor body 1, an explosion-proof housing 2, an end cover 3 and a circulation fan 4. The motor 1 body is in explosion-proof housing 2; the end cover 3 is disposed at the end of the explosion-proof housing 2. On the connection of the end cover 3 and the explosion-proof housing 2, there is provided a sealing bag 13 to improve the overall sealing and prevent the flammable and explosive external gas from entering the body of the engine 1 and causing an explosion.
The circulation fan 4 is placed at the end of the axis of the motor body. Flame retardant louvre 5 is installed on the inside wall of the explosion-proof housing 2. It is fitted with a cooling jacket 6 on the outside wall of the explosion-proof housing 2. In the extension direction of the cooling liner 6, it is also possible to the explosion-proof motor, a number of air ducts 7 and an end of the air duct 7 connected to the inside of the end cover 3. The other end is connected to the inside of the explosion-proof housing 2. A deflector air 8 is disposed on the connection between the end cap 3 and the flameproof enclosure 2, and a number of ventilation holes 9 are distributed over the air deflector 8. In order to reduce the noise generated when starting the circulation fan 4, the side of the air deflector 8 facing the explosion-proof housing 2 is arc-shaped, to ensure a dispersion of the airflow.
Cela améliore l'efficacité du refroidissement et éviteainsi efficacement la surchauffe du corps du moteur 1.When the engine is running, the coolant flows continuously from the inlet to the outlet of the cooling jacket 6 to dissipate the heat generated by the operation of the motor body 1. At the same time, the circulation fan 4 generates a flow of heat. air flowing between the motor body 1 and the air ducts 7. The heat transfer gas exchanging heat with the liquid in the cooling jacket 6 through the air ducts 7. This improves the efficiency of the air duct. cooling and thus effectively prevents overheating of the motor body 1.
In this illustrative example, the new explosion-proof motor type also contains a temperature sensor 10, a temperature controller 11 and an electromagnetic regulation valve 12 installed at the inlet of the cooling jacket 6. The temperature sensor 10 is on the inner wall 2.The temperature sensor 10 is electrically connected to the temperature controller and the temperature controller 11 is electrically connected to the electromagnetic control valve 12. The temperature of the motor body 1 is monitored in real time by the temperature sensor 10 and the collected temperature signal is transmitted to the temperature controller 11. The temperature controller 11 compares the temperature signal with a predefined temperature value. If the temperature signal exceeds the preset temperature, the temperature controller 11 sends a rise instruction to the electromagnetic control valve 12 to increase the flow rate of the coolant and improve the cooling rate; on the contrary, the temperature regulator 11 sends a drop instruction to the electromagnetic control valve 12 to lower the coolant flow rate and slow down the cooling rate. Real-time monitoring can save energy and reduce emissions. Moreover, the end cover 3 is provided with an air inlet 14 and an air outlet 15 permitting the inlet and outlet of the inert gas. Before the operation of the motor body 1, the inside of the explosion-proof housing 2 can be ventilated several times by the air inlet 14 and the air outlet 15 so that the body of the engine 1 is completely in an atmosphere inert gas. Thus, one could avoid the electro-optical detonation and other problems.
In short, the explosion-proof motor provided in this application example has advantages, such as time cooling, explosion-proof capability and high safety performance.
