Description
BREEDING CHAMBER FOR CULTURING BLACK SOLDIER FLY IMAGOES
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and relates to a breeding chamber for culturing black soldier fly imagoes.
Related Art
With stronger and stronger environment protection awareness from people, environment pollution and resources problems are greatly focused by people, and people living in a city pay attention to disposal of municipal solid wastes. Especially, kitchen wastes in the municipal solid wastes account for about 30% of municipal solid wastes. The kitchen wastes are high in water content and rich in nutrients, so bacteria are especially easily bred so that the wastes are rotted and go bad, thereby producing pungent peculiar smell. Thus, a problem that must be solved is to reasonably dispose the kitchen wastes in the municipal solid wastes. At present, the existing common large-scale disposal methods include burning and composting; however, the above methods have the problems of large occupied area, high long-distance transportation cost, low efficiency, low recycling degree and the like so that most of cities in China cannot effectively dispose the kitchen wastes, and even some illegal behaviors occur, for example, the kitchen wastes are voluntarily recycled to be used for feeding livestock or making “illegal cooking oil”.
In addition, now, a technology for disposing the kitchen wastes utilizing a novel resource insect black soldier fly has been proposed. Black soldier fly has a scientific name Hermertia illucens(L.), its imagoes do not disturb people, its larva has saprophagy, large appetite and strong stress resistance, and larva and prepupa have high nutrient values. The black soldier fly takes food to convert the kitchen wastes into high-quality insect protein, and has the advantages surpassing those of other insects.
But, since the black soldier fly is a tropic-derived insect, its imagoes are sensitive to factors such as temperature, humidity, illumination, space and food, for example, the black soldier flies are mated under the conditions that the illumination intensity is higher than 63 pmolm-2s-1, the temperature is more than or equal to 25 °C , and the relative humidity is about 70%. Under the conditions of low temperature in winter and continuous rain, natural propagation of the black soldier fly imagoes is almost stopped, which greatly restricts the large-scale black soldier fly application.
Summary
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a breeding chamber for culturing black soldier fly imagoes.
In order to realize the above objective, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme. A breeding chamber for culturing black soldier fly imagoes includes an outer cage chamber, an inner cage chamber, an iodine-tungsten lamp for providing illumination, an automatic spraying device for maintaining the humidity in the breeding chamber and a heater for maintaining the temperature in the breeding chamber constant; the outer cage chamber consists of an interior frame which is constructed by profiles and used for playing a support role and a covering layer which covers the interior frame and is made of a transparent thermal-insulating material; the iodine-tungsten lamp is mounted on the top of the interior frame; the automatic spraying device is mounted on the interior frame; and the heater is arranged in the outer cage chamber; the covering layer is provided with a ventilated window; and the inner cage chamber consists of a mosquito net shaped protection mesh; and an imago egg laying device is mounted in the inner cage chamber.
Wherein, a preferred scheme is as follows: the top of the outer cage chamber is equipped with a folding shading net.
Wherein, a preferred scheme is as follows: potted plants where imagoes sit when flying or mating are placed in the inner cage chamber.
Wherein, a preferred scheme is as follows: a water storage tank connected with the automatic spraying device and used for providing a water source is placed in the outer cage chamber.
Wherein, a preferred scheme is as follows: the side surface of the outer cage chamber is provided with a door for staff to go out and in.
The present invention has the beneficial effects that 1, according to the present invention, the iodine-tungsten lamp, the automatic spraying device and the heater are mounted in the black soldier fly breeding chamber to ensure that there are enough illumination intensity, air humidity and temperature in the breeding chamber under any conditions, which is beneficial for propagation of the black soldier flies; 2, according to the present invention, the shading net is arranged outside the black soldier fly breeding chamber, so as to avoid the stimulation of strong light on the black soldier flies in the breeding chamber; 3, according to the present invention, wide-leaf plants are placed in the black soldier fly breeding chamber, which is convenient for the black soldier flies to sit after flying or when mating.
Brief Description of Drawings FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a breeding chamber for culturing black soldier fly according to the present invention.
Description of Embodiments
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with an accompanying drawing, however, the present invention can be implemented in different modes defined and covered by claims.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, a breeding chamber for culturing black soldier fly imagoes includes an outer cage chamber 1, an inner cage chamber 2, an iodine-tungsten lamp 3 for providing illumination, an automatic spraying device 6 for maintaining the humidity in the breeding chamber and a heater 7 for maintaining the temperature in the breeding chamber constant; wherein, the outer cage chamber 1 consists of an interior frame 11 which is constructed by profiles and used for playing a support role and a covering layer 12 which covers the interior frame 11 and is made of a transparent thermal-insulating material; the interior frame 11 generally adopts steel profile, and the covering layer 12 is made of tempered glass or a PE (polyethylene) film.
Generally, the outer cage chamber 1 is of a cube shape, sometimes, is of cylindrical structure.
Wherein, the inner cage chamber 2 is made of mosquito netting or nylon net or the other materials, and the shape of the inner cage chamber 2 and the shape of the outer cage chamber 1 may be identical or different. But, generally, it is ensure that the size ratio of the inner cage chamber 2 to the outer cage chamber 1 is between 1/2 and 5/4.
An imago egg laying device 10 is placed in the inner cage chamber 2, which is convenient to provide a place for laying eggs of imagoes after imagoes are mated. In order to ensure that there are enough illumination intensity, air humidity and temperature in the breeding chamber in any season under any condition, and the iodine-tungsten lamp 3 mounted on the top of the interior frame 11, the automatic spraying devices 6 (two automatic spraying devices are symmetrically arranged in general) and the heater 7 are arranged in the breeding chamber.
In order to ensure the ventilation of the inside of the breeding chamber, the covering layer of the outer cage chamber 1 is provided with a ventilated window 4.
Since black soldier fly eggs are grown into imagoes in the inner cage chamber, after flying or when mating, a large amount of imagoes need sitting, thus, potted plants 11 where imagoes sit after flying or when mating are placed in the inner cage chamber 2 (a general method is as follows: two wide-leaf plants, such as scindapsus aureus and Brazilian tree, are placed in the inner cage chamber).
Since the black soldier flies have high illumination requirement when mating, the black soldier flies cannot be mated under the strong illumination, accordingly, a folding shading net 5 is mounted on the top of the outer cage chamber 1, and the folding shading net 5 is unfolded when in strong illumination to avoid strong illumination.
Moreover, a water storage tank 9 connected with the automatic spraying device 6 and used for providing a water source is placed in the outer cage chamber 1, and the side surface of the outer cage chamber 1 is provided with a door 8 for staff to go out and in.
The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not intended to limit the patent scope of the present invention, and equivalent structures or equivalent flow variations made by utilizing the specification and drawings of the present invention are directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields and included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
