Abstract
Description
The complex system of health and sports equipment and its implementation belongs to the field of sports equipment and can be used in wellness, rehabilitation and sports centers. The system can also be used in scientific, specialty professions such as military training, firefighter training, and others where people's physical abilities are tested.
There is a known club exercise recording system in which health club members receive a handheld device pre-programmed by the coach or health club manager to record different exercises. The handheld computer includes a built-in keyboard, an output display, and an optical counter for communication with a matched identification card located near the source of the exercise data. Pre-programmed exercise data acquisition software is loaded into the handheld's memory. Exercise data capture software outputs one or more exercise sequences to the output screen: which prompts the user to enter information about the exercise performed. Exercise sequences are specifically tailored to the exercise data source and present one or more data entry pages and queries that ask the user to enter the required information. The information you enter is either stored in a temporary user data file on a handheld device or immediately transferred to a permanent user data file on a local server located in a health club. The system may also include a terminal for transmitting a user's temporary data file to a remote server connected to the network operation center. The physical capacity tool software is installed on the server. This software is for collecting and processing data in a permanent user data file, which can then be viewed by a trainer and / or user (PCT / USA 2005/011734).
Be to klientas turi pats žymėti kaip jis atliko pratimą, o tai nėra nei objektyvu, nei patogu pačiam klientui treniruotės metu atsakinėti į papildomus klausimus. The disadvantage of this system is that every customer must carry and carry a handheld computer, which is very inconvenient and increases the cost of services. In addition, it is up to the client to mark how they performed the exercise, which is neither objective nor convenient for the client to answer any additional questions during the exercise. In the system, the ID number assigns the client a workout program that he or she sees on a handheld computer, but except for the athlete, no one records how the workout is done, which is not objective, invisible as the exercise actually performed; , it is loaded psychologically.
(US2006/0252602 Al)There is also known a system wherein at least one type of exercise indicator signal associated with a user's exercise is received into a user's portable computer system from a separate simulator in a conventional data transmission format. The aggregated physical fitness data is processed and stored for the user's use on his portable computer system using at least one type of exercise indicator signal and physical fitness data previously stored on the portable computer system. An independent portable computer system associated with a particular user monitors the physical fitness exercises performed by the user in real time, utilizing at least one type of exercise indicator signal from at least one simulator over time. (US2006 / 0252602 A1)
The main disadvantage of the present invention is that there is no testing of the physical properties of the client, no questionnaire is performed and no programmatically individual training program is created based on the obtained data. Also, this system only adapts to the data recording system of cardiovascular trainers (cardiovascular trainers), so the main purpose of this system is only to receive data from cardiovascular trainers.
There is also another system known that allows a physician or health care professional to set up an exercise program to set safe boundaries, to transmit and execute an exercise program online directly to a particular device, and to allow the storage, storage, reporting and presentation of physiological data collected during the assigned exercise sessions. The end user (patient or client) simply logs on to the system and then presses the start button. The system also allows you to analyze and view selected exercises and physiological data obtained from the user, allowing you to view machine readings in real time, or to view them at any time over the Internet, to analyze and, if necessary, adjust the assigned program. The system also takes into account problems arising from user-provided data itself. Exemeter is an automated method for documenting users' compliance with a designated program and for documenting certain protocols and instructions that are commonly applied to an investigation for prevention, early detection, rehabilitation, or maintaining good condition (US2004 / 0204959).
Be to, nesant geram interneto ryšiui, sunku realizuoti kontrolę realiame laike. The main disadvantage of this system is that it requires a lot of investment because each simulator is equipped with a touch screen computer. Also, in the absence of a good internet connection, real-time control is difficult. During each session, the exercise settings and its control program are loaded, and when the internet connection is lost, only minimal exercise control remains. This system is geared towards home-based clients with customized equipment and is not functionally optimal and flexible for the collective training room. Also, in this system, the training program consists of a person (trainer, physician) who has not fully investigated and has not tested the client's physical characteristics, therefore, this program is not safe enough because the client's risk factors, individual physical and functional capabilities are not taken into account. In addition, the human factor in designing a program is highly probable for errors and subjective judgment and wastes more time each time creating a program for a different client, thereby increasing time and reducing the work efficiency of the specialist.
Išradimo tikslas - treniruočių efektyvumo ir saugumo padidinimas, automatiškai generuojant individualią treniruotės programą pagal anketavimo ir testavimo duomenis ir gautų rezultatų analizę.The object of the invention is to increase the efficiency and safety of training by automatically generating an individual training program based on questionnaire and test data and analysis of the obtained results.
The object of the present invention is achieved by integrating a fitness trainer server and a computer, a newly built gym and reception computers, testing equipment connected to a server and a portable data transfer device into a complex wellness and sports equipment system. a terminal with a position sensor and a dynamic load unit.
Treniruoklio terminalą sudaro skaitmeninio apdorojimo blokas, širdies pulso signalo imtuvas, bekontaktinės registracijos imtuvas, garsinis signalizatorius, indikatoriaus, pratimų užduoties įvykdymo vertinimo blokas, susidedantis iš pratimų užduoties mazgo, judesio fazių išskyrimo mazgo, prijungtų prie įvertinimo mazgo, sujungto su indikatoriumi, be to skaitmeninio apdorojimo blokas įėjimuose sujungtas su treniruokliu, serveriu, širdies pulso signalo imtuvu bei bekontaktinės registracijos imtuvu, o išėjimuose su garsiniu signalizatoriumi, pratimų užduoties mazgu bei judesio fazių išskyrimo mazgu, kurio išėjimai sujungti su indikatoriumi ir garsiniu signalizatoriumi. Be to treniruoklio terminalo indikatorius susideda iš tekstinio, dviejų skaitmeninių bei dviejų grafinių indikatorių.The simulator terminal consists of a digital processing unit, a heart rate receiver, a contactless recording receiver, an audible alarm, an indicator, an exercise task assessment unit consisting of an exercise task unit, a motion phase separation unit connected to an assessment unit connected to an indicator; the processing unit at the inputs is connected to the simulator, the server, the heart rate receiver and the contactless registration receiver, and the outputs are connected to the acoustic signal, the exercise task unit and the motion phase separation unit whose outputs are connected to the indicator and acoustic signal. In addition, the simulator terminal indicator consists of text, two digital and two graphic indicators.
”The dynamic load unit of the simulator shall consist of a DC servo motor or an AC asynchronous motor with a controller connected on one side, a motor speed meter, a reducer, a force (torque) meter, a customer direct acting element and a position meter connected in series, which is connected to the controller in parallel with the force (torque) meter and the engine speed meter via the simulator terminal. "
Išradimo tikslas pasiekiamas ir tuo, kad kompleksiniame sveikatinimo ir sporto įrangos sistemos įgyvendinimo būde, kuriame sudaroma individuali kliento treniruočių programa, vykdomas jos stebėjimas, įvykdymas ir duomenų apie įvykdymą pranešimas, kliento individuali treniruotės programa sudaroma automatiškai, prieš tai suteikus klientui individualų numerį, kuris fiksuojamas serveryje ir klientui priskirtame duomenų pernešimo įrenginyje, bei atlikus kliento anketavimą ir testavimą, kuri perduodama į serverį ir pernešama į treniruoklį, turintį terminalą su padėties jutikliu ir dinaminės apkrovos mazgą, kuris automatiškai pasiruošia pratimų atlikimui, atpažinęs klientą pagal duomenų pernešimo įrenginyje užkoduotą numerį, rodo atliekamo pratimo užduotus parametrus, pateikia atliktos užduoties duomenis, sulygina su pateikta programa, pateikia įvertinimą ir išvadas apie programos įvykdymą bei perduoda informaciją į serverį, kuri internetu prieinama programos sudarytojui bei klientui. The object of the invention is also achieved by the fact that in a complex embodiment of a wellness and sports equipment system comprising creating, monitoring, executing and reporting execution data of a client's individual training program, the client's individual training program is created automatically after assigning a unique number to the client. server and client-specific data carrier, as well as client inquiry and testing, which is transmitted to the server and transferred to a simulator having a position sensor terminal and a dynamic load unit that automatically prepares for exercise, recognizing the client by the data carrier-encoded number, performs the exercise parameters, presents the task data, compares it with the submitted program, provides evaluation and conclusions about the execution of the program, and transmits the information to a server which available to program developer and client.
Anketuojant automatiškai pateikiami individualūs kliento sveikatos rizikos veiksniai iš pateiktų kliento anketinių duomenų apie sveikatą, fizinį aktyvumą mitybą žalingus įpročius bei stresą.The questionnaire automatically reports individual client health risk factors from the client questionnaire data on health, physical activity, diet, and stress.
Testuojant nustatomas kūno masės indeksas, įvertinami antropometriniai rodikliai, įvertinamas pulsas bei kraujospūdis, psichomotorinė reakcija ir fizinių ypatybių rodikliai, pagal kuriuos automatiškai nustatoma treniruotės kryptis ir pateikiama individuali kliento treniruočių programa. The test measures body mass index, evaluates anthropometric indices, evaluates pulse and blood pressure, psychomotor response, and physical characteristics, which automatically determine the direction of training and provide the client with an individual training program.
Treniruoklio dinaminės apkrovos mazgas priima užduotį, matuoja pratimo atlikimo parametrus (jėgą greitį), ir sukuria atitinkančią užduotį apkrovą pagal reikiamus krūvio parametrus. The dynamic load unit of the simulator accepts the task, measures the exercise performance (force velocity), and creates the corresponding task load according to the required load parameters.

Kompleksinė sveikatinimo ir sporto įrangos sistema realizuojama taip:The complex system of health and sports equipment is implemented as follows:
Registracijos metu išduodamas duomenų pernešimo įrenginys 12, kuris leidžia valdyti kliento įeigą į sporto kompleksą rinkti duomenis apie jo apsilankymus, praleistą laiką bendrai ir atskirai skirtingose zonose (salėse, baseine ir pan.).The first time a client enters the gym is registered with the front desk computer 7 where his personal details are entered. During the registration, a data transfer device 12 is issued, which allows to control the client's access to the sports complex to collect data on his visits, time spent jointly and separately in different zones (halls, swimming pool, etc.).
The registered customer is first surveyed. Questionnaires are needed to help the trainer learn more about the newcomer. For this reason, the following questionnaires are provided: health, nutrition, physical activity, stress. The questionnaires automatically select risk factors that will help the trainer to assess the client's physical condition.
Klientui užpildžius anketas, toliau atliekamas testavimas, pagal kurį bus automatiškai sudaroma treniruotės programa. Testavimui naudojama įvairi testavimų įranga 8: treniruokliai, antropometrinius duomenis nustatantys matuokliai, reakcijos, šuolio matuokliai. Atliekami testai: kūno riebalinių raukšlių tyrimai, antropometrinių rodiklių testai, kraujo biocheminiai tyrimai, fiziologinių rodiklių tyrimai, psichomotorinės reakcijos testas, šuolio aukštyn testas, fitness testai.Once the client has completed the questionnaire, the testing will continue, which will automatically lead to a workout program. Various testing equipment is used for testing 8: simulators, anthropometric gauges, reactions, jump gauges. Tests are done: body fat wrinkle tests, anthropometric tests, blood biochemical tests, physiological tests, psychomotor response test, jump up test, fitness tests.
Pagal atliktus testus, programa automatiškai sudaro asmeninę treniruotės programą kurią treneris dar gali pakoreguoti pagal rizikos veiksnius gautus iš kliento atliktų anketų. Taip sportininkas gauna jam tinkamiausią efektyvią treniruotės programą Taip pat, remiantis anketų duomenimis, pažymima kiek kartų klientas per savaitę lankysis sporto klube, kiek laiko tęsis treniruotės mezociklas, po kurio bus atliekamas naujas testavimas, įvertinant kaip pakito fiziniai kliento duomenys. Treneriui patvirtinus programą individuali treniruotės programa priskiriama klientui ir įrašoma į serverį 5.Based on the tests performed, the program automatically creates a personal training program, which the coach can further adjust according to risk factors received from the client's questionnaires. This way, the athlete gets the most effective training program for him / her. Also, according to the questionnaires, the number of times a client will visit the gym per week, how long the training mesocycle will last, followed by a new test, After the coach approves the program, the individual training program is assigned to the client and recorded on the server 5.
Klientas, turėdamas sudarytą asmeninę treniruotės programą ją gali peržiūrėti namie 11 prisijungęs per internetą 9, sporto salėje per salės kompiuterį 6 ar ją tiesiog atsispausdinti.Having a personalized workout program, the client can view it at home 11 via the Internet 9, in the gym via the gym computer 6 or simply print it.
Klientui pradėjus vykdyti gautą treniruotės programą treniruoklių salėje duomenų pernešimo įrenginys 12 leidžia aktyvuoti treniruoklio terminalą 2 ir automatiškai nustatyti dinaminės apkrovos mazgo 3 parametrus bei treniruočių darbo režimą pagal numatytą treniruočių programą.After the client has started running the received training program in the gym, the data transfer device 12 enables the activation of the simulator terminal 2 and the automatic setting of the dynamic load unit 3 and the training mode according to the default training program.
From server 5, where individual exercise tasks are pre-defined, showing the number of series, the number of movements in a series, the pauses between series of movements between each movement concentric (when the muscle shrinks to overcome resistance), eccentric (when the muscle grows back to its original position) and isometric (when muscular in tension, static) phase duration, amplitude of motion, and load magnitude, information is fed to simulator terminal 2. Upon client access to simulator 1 and zooming of data transfer device 12 to simulator terminal 2, the client is automatically recognized. The digital processing unit 2.1 of the simulator terminal 2 receives from the server 5, according to the registration number, an exercise task created for the athlete for this simulator 1, which passes through the digital processing unit 2.1 to the task node 2.6.1. From Exercise Terminal 2, Exercise Parameters are transmitted to Controller of Dynamic Load Node 3 3.7. Controller 3.7 is a microprocessor programmable controller. Controller 3.7 records a program that is specific to simulator 1. Controller 3.7 receives a training task via simulator terminal 2. Controller 3.7 reads periodically (during each adjustment cycle) information received from speed meter 3.2 about instantaneous engine speed, information from force (moment) meter 3.4 about force (moment) applied to simulator element 3.5, from position sensor 4 about the position of this element, processes the scanned information according to the recorded program and sends a control signal to the controller 3.6. The regulator 3.6 controls the torque of the motor 3.1 so that it is proportional to the signal of the controller 3.7 in both positive and negative areas. In this system, the dynamic load unit 3 is realized by a motor 3.1 which can be an electric motor of any known type, which by its technical characteristics (power, speed, moment) is suitable for a particular simulator and can operate in motor or generator mode. The choice of motor type 3.1 depends on the realization of regulator 3.6 - if a DC servo motor is selected, a four-quadrant DC amplifier of the required power and voltage is selected accordingly; if an asynchronous motor is selected then a vector control frequency converter in torque control mode is suitable. Engine speed gauge 3.2 may be a tach generator, encoder or other. The gear unit 3.3 can be worm, cycloid, belted or not fitted at all. The force (moment) gauge 3.4 is simply realized on the basis of tensile sensors. The realization of element 3.5 directly acting on the trainer depends on the particular trainer 1: it may be a handle, a lever, a rope. The position sensor 4 is any constructively suitable electric or angular position sensor, for example a potentiometer or a linear encoder.
Atlikus pratimą tekstinis indikatorius 2.5.1 rodo įvykdyto pratimo parametrus ir įvertinimąWhen the client with the data transfer device 12 registers with the simulator terminal 2, a few seconds after the exercise is completed, an acoustic signal sounds to indicate the start of the exercise. Text Indicator 2.5.1 displays textual information related to exercise technique and task settings. As the athlete performs the exercise, the length of column 2.5.4 of the graphical indicator indicates to the athlete the pace at which the athlete is to move. The digital processing unit 2.1 receives a signal from the position sensor 4 about the actual motion being made. The green illuminated bar length of column 2.5.5 indicates the actual phase of the motion phase. The concentric, isometric, eccentric and pause times of the performed motion between the motion phases are indicated by the digital indicator 2.5.3 and the digital indicator 2.5.2 indicates the number of repetitions of the series performed by the client. The client can adjust the performance of the training session by seeing the change of the movement phase of the task and the actual pace of the movement phase. Based on the concentric, isometric, eccentric and pause times of the motion performed, and the scheduled times of the task, the task performance evaluation unit 2.6.3 performs a workout compliance task on a 10-point system. For evaluation, the signal from each cycle distinguishes between actual amplitude, duration of the motion phases, and motion irregularity. After the exercise, the text indicator 2.5.1 shows the parameters of the exercise and its evaluation
Klientas bet kuriuo metu bendrame salės kompiuteryje 6 gauna informaciją apie įvykdytą treniruotę (kokybinį vertinimą).After completing a series of exercises, the job information is automatically downloaded to the server 5. The client who completes the task at one simulator 1 proceeds to the next program and so on. The client receives information about the exercise performed (qualitative evaluation) at any time on the shared computer 6 of the hall.
Panaudodamas savo prisijungimo numerį, klientas gali patekti į savo treniruočių dienoraštį per internetą 9 būdamas namuose ar kitur ir papildyti jį informacija apie kitas sportinės veiklos formas duomenimis iš kitų treniruotės registravimo prietaisų (pvz.: asmeninio pulso sekimo duomenys), dienos mitybos raciono įvedimu, medicininių tyrimų duomenimis ir t.t.By using their login number, a client can access his or her training diary over the Internet 9 at home or elsewhere and supplement it with information on other forms of sporting activity from other workout recording devices (eg, personal pulse tracker data), daily nutrition intake, medical research data, etc.
Praėjus mezociklui sistema automatiškai pateikia atitinkamo periodo ataskaitą (kiek, kokių treniruočių atliktą bendra trukmė, sudegintos kolorijos, treniruotės kokybiniai rodikliai, testavimo duomenys prieš ir po ciklo, rekomendacijos kitam treniruočių ciklui) ir parengia treniruotės programą sekančiam mezociklui. After the mesocycle, the system automatically reports for the appropriate period (how many workouts, total duration, calories burned, workout quality indicators, pre- and post-cycle test data, recommendations for the next workout cycle) and prepares a workout program for the next mesocycle.
