Abstract

Provided is a soft magnetic material containing one or more other alloying additives other than iron and cobalt, in order to have a high specific resistance at the same time as high saturation induction and at the same time achieve good workability. This object is different from known alloys and is achieved by reducing the amount of cobalt to be added to 5 to 20 mass percent, and simultaneously adding aluminum and additionally alloying components such as manganese or vanadium.
