테이프레코더의 가이드롤러의 높이를 조정할 수 있는 가이드롤러 높이 조정용 지그를 개시한다. 가이드롤러 높이 조정시, 흔들림 발생되지 않게 하기 위하여, 가이드롤러가 설치되는 풀베이스에 끼워지는 지그봉과; 상기 지그봉에 설치되는 브라케트와; 상기 브라케트에 끼워져 회전할 수 있는 높이조정수단: 을 구비한다. 이와 같은 가이드롤러 높이 조정용 지그를 채용하는 것에 의해 가이드롤러의 높이조정 작업이 용이하고 미세함 정확하게 행하여질 수 있어 테이프레코더의 생산성 및 품질향상에 크게 이바지한다.

  1. 가이드롤러가 설치되는 풀베이스에 끼워지는 지그봉과; 상기 지그봉에 설치되는 브라케트와; 상기 브라케트에 끼워져 회전할 수 있는 높이조정수단: 을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 가이드롤러 높이 조정용 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 높이조정수단의 일단부에는 가이드롤러의 홈에 깨워질 수 있는 팁이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드롤러 높이 조정용 지그.
