Abstract

본 발명은 테이프 레코더의 오디오 콘트롤 헤드 조정장치를 개시한다. 개시된 테이프 레코더의 오디오 콘트롤 헤드 조정장치는, 헤드부시와 상기 헤드브래킷이 몰드물에 의해 일체로 형성되고, 헤드 플레이트의 일측에는 일단이 데크에 나사고정된 접지플레이트의 타단에 접지되도록 절곡부가 연장형성된다.
따라서, 구조 및 조립작업이 단순하여 생산성이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과를 얻을수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 데크(100)에 그 하부가 고정설치되고 그 상부에 나사부(111)가 형성된 헤드 포스트(110)와, 샅기 헤드 포스트(110)가 삽입되는 헤드부시(130)와, 일측에는 상기 헤드부시(130)의 하부가 고정되고 타측에는 오디오콘트롤헤드(141)의 아지머스 및 틸트조정이 가능한 헤드 플레이트(140)가 설치된 헤드 브래킷(120)을 구비하는 테이프 레코더의 오디오 콘트롤헤드 조정장치에 있어서, 상기 헤드부시(130)와 상기 헤드 브래킷(120)이 몰드물에 의해 일체로 형성되고, 상기 헤드 플레이트(140)의 일측에는 일단이 상기 데크(100)에 나사고정된 접지플레이트(160)의 타단에 접지되도록 절곡부(142)가 연장형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 레코더의 오디오 콘트롤헤드 조정장치.
